What about wiring up some LED strips to the OEM lighting wiring and attached then to the roof inside?
Have you thought about a solar panel and a power pack? Probably not worth it now that you have an inverter… but I’m thinking of going this route instead of connecting stuff to my car battery

Dude I really like the battery at the door for your lights! Genius 🤩! I am a roofer here in the states and we recently, past month started kitting out our personal/work cargo trailer with the Milwaukee pack out system, wall and floor. I am so happy with results so far. Your van is perfecto baby, inspirational. I love it! I know for a fact customers appreciate contractors who are dialed, instills confidence. Then when your work is second to nobody’s and project is complete here come the referrals referrals and more referrals🤩🤩

Looking good, Nathan! I just recently started following you but love your content. I admire your work and life ethic and your results can be seen through your videos. You have got a good team going on there as well. And well the van is ace. I have switched to red from yellow a while ago but I do not have nowhere near the amount of stuff you’ve got, maybe one day! Van looks mint! Love the Milwaukee gear! I would recommend getting some locks or alarms fitted though! I know power tools get taken out at night but there’s a fair bit of wonga in boxes there!

With the drawers can you remove and take onsite? I see you can get the storage box with trolley but haven't seen a method of securing this to the van floor like you can with the other boxes.
the van looks incredible. I'm an apprentice and my boss has his van nicely racked out and clean but I'm rarely with him as he has brought another lad on who doesn't care about the van and keeping it neat etc. When I first started I didn't understand why he was so particular about the van but now I do. Takes ages to find anything. So cant wait to get my own and rack it out how I want it. When it eventually does happen I'm definitely going to be taking some ideas from this video. Also do you not find that sometimes you struggle to get pipe out with having it in the van.

Good on ya Nate, seriously look into getting a Ghost ll alarm installed. I'd be a little cautious advertising all that gear on social media. Your van's location wouldn't be to diificult to locate with all the sign writing. I keep my VW Crafter plain. All the slam locks and plates were installed by Sussex Installations. They pretty much run you through the options. Definetly worth the investment. My previous van was almost cleared out, heartbreaking. 👊🏽

Makes the job so much easier when you are as organised as this.
A word of caution though when carrying this many goods around with you it's very easy to exceed the vans maximum capacity carrying weight.

I'm a DeWalt fan boy but that Pack out stuff is quality it's just really expensive!
I've got thin foam about 5mm thick in the bottom of my van stuff doesn't slide about and it's soft when I kneel down to get something.
I've put carpet underlay in the bottom of my draws and shelves to stop parts from getting damaged.
You should be able to get the off cut free from a carpet sort of carpet fitter.

I noticed your shelving for your boxes they are a great idea I think I will do that
But you missed a great modification you could do
You could cut out small holes below the red locking clips so they will sit flat and you can use the release catch to remove how cool would that be 😎

Your van looks great. I want to mount Milwaukee packouts on my van aswell. So if I got this right, first you install those black mountings on the wall and then you screw the milwaukee packout systems on the black frame? Could you clarify this process please?

You'll get trades who look after the van, tools, uniform CUSTOMER HOUSES.....Then you get shitty trades who throw just there shit in the back of the van and get straight to the pub until closing time, most of the ones like that who've worked for me didn't think hot showers and soap didn't matter either.
Guys/Girls if you cant look after your own van and tools (your living) how the hell you gonna look after other peoples houses. I think this lad and his team are doing great, you lead by example or don't lead the way. Can you imagine the British army just throwing there gear in the back of the van and then saying, that will do....Self discipline is every thing in all parts of life
Ever considered installing a roll out bed in that floor? Make getting water heaters and larger items in and out a breeze.

Nice kit and van. I have an NVQ in plumbing and heating I done it for a 5 years got fed up with it , I work with fibreglass now so much more job satisfaction for me. Plumbing wasn't for me.

Add a power sensitive relay from the battery to the inverter and it will only power the inverter when the engine is running as the voltage is higher so the relay then automatically switches on and powers the inverter

Where do you keep the 3" pvc fittings? Im having trouble fitting on truck?
It’s a great set up for a plumber. The carpenter ones on RUclips are a better set up and they have Festool which is a world apart from Milwaukee.
What size ply do you use for the racking?

No need to say how great this van is as its obvious and you said it once or twice.😂. I'm milwaukee through and through also 2 vac are the way to go I have 1 and its filthy, from being wet then using on a boiler, can't now use it in a finished property. The cheaters are also great but they are 12,18+24 although a cutting of ¾ iron makes them up to 32. When they sponsor you they will want you to use their bags. 2nd side door would have been good but you would loose wall space for stuff. Great van and great content. 👍
