- This Longan Jelly Dumpling is very refreshing. If you do not have time to make traditional Sticky Rice Dumplings, do give this a try!
Ingredients:
6 grams agar-agar

12 grams instant jelly powder (If you don’t have jelly powder, you can replace with 4 grams agar-agar powder)

2 teaspoon osmanthus flower
70-90 grams caster sugar, depending on sweetness of longan syrup
1000 ml liquid (longan syrup + water)， room temperature

Hi the instant jelly powder also has seaweed so it's not the same as konnyaku powder. Nonetheless the texture is similar. The only difference is instant jelly powder makes the jelly look clear but konnyaku no so
