I would say a marriage of Chinese & Filipino Adobo 😍I used oyster sauce (to reduce or eliminate white sugar) and butter at times in my Adobo. Well, I would prefer to coat the chicken with really less flour / starch than he does, NO SPRING ONIONS 😅, lemon juice as it's always proven to manage the entire taste in most dishes but won't throw in the lemon itself. Overall, I think this great chef just wanted to present a colourful dish. However, originally Adobo is made with the chicken / pork meat as the main hero with its dark glazed meat shining in all angles. I prefer that classic stance of Adobo with all the cylinders of other ingredients & seasonings tucked behind as it dives into your mouth and brings you to a surprising magical taste of Nirvana!!! 💪😍👍

I noticed that every menu you have or different food you make the ingredients are the same
Like when you marinade it will always have an egg, cornstarch, sesame oil, peppers and salt.
When you cook it will always have ginger ,garlic, onions, cooking wine, salt, peppers, oyster sauce and soy sauce. You barely add different ingredients.
You post different food but same ingredients "JUST LIKE THAT".
