Theres always different methods to every dish. This is a unique method for Adobo.
Love all your recipes and very much like your wok perfect for Chinese cooking thanks for sharing
I made this and it was delicious.I'll have to say I prefer this over filipino adobo. Thanks for the recipe.
This dish is one of the simplest to make and a favourite
Far frm autentic filipino adobo....but still respect is in it for a chef is makin it as it was...ill try it but still ill stick to our traditional way of cooking adobo....have a bless chef ( kinda ) hehehe
Genius! I'm pinoy i actually use butter on the chicken adobo I'll cook your version . Looks wildly delicious!
a good twist from filipino style traditional adobo
I MUST try this version of chicken adobo. It looks amazing.
I would say a marriage of Chinese & Filipino Adobo 😍I used oyster sauce (to reduce or eliminate white sugar) and butter at times in my Adobo. Well, I would prefer to coat the chicken with really less flour / starch than he does, NO SPRING ONIONS 😅, lemon juice as it's always proven to manage the entire taste in most dishes but won't throw in the lemon itself. Overall, I think this great chef just wanted to present a colourful dish. However, originally Adobo is made with the chicken / pork meat as the main hero with its dark glazed meat shining in all angles. I prefer that classic stance of Adobo with all the cylinders of other ingredients & seasonings tucked behind as it dives into your mouth and brings you to a surprising magical taste of Nirvana!!! 💪😍👍
OH man and I thought I saw it all remarkable awesome 😋 I'll take an order of that and large order of steam rice 👍 pls thank you 🤗!!

This must taste good but not Filipino adobo recipie definetly.
This recipe should be renamed, there's is no such recipe as chinese adobo. Adobo is Filipino. Lintik na mga instsik.
Oh shut up
I noticed that every menu you have or different food you make the ingredients are the same
Like when you marinade it will always have an egg, cornstarch, sesame oil, peppers and salt.
When you cook it will always have ginger ,garlic, onions, cooking wine, salt, peppers, oyster sauce and soy sauce. You barely add different ingredients.
You post different food but same ingredients "JUST LIKE THAT".
I noticed that you don't pay attention to the varying amounts of the ingredients that go into different recipes.
Less bullsh* t talk , the food will be nicer..
