Lately I been using Sue and Gambo as a reference for my stir fry... the recipes are simple and straight forward and impart that authentic flavor that you'd expect from Asian stir fry and are cross flexible to other techniques and improvising.
My lady is a chief from Myanmar and I showed her these videos and she smiled and said yes this is a working chief or live chief and pay attention great stuff.
I'am so excited to find this channel, your amazing and so kind to share your recipes with everyone. a thousand thanks. making the shrimp and broccoli tomorrow. cnt wait
What rice do you use and what is the best way to cook the rice? Your recipes are the best. Thank you for posting them. Love when you post the ingredients on the screen.
Can i ask you what rice and how you prepare it for this dish? I use white jasmine rice as its all i find in the Chinese supermarkets here in the UK but even if i use less water it always fluffs up and sticks to each other when its been steamed. Even after allowing it to cool even refrigerating it its still sticky and comes out the bowl in clumps which tend to stick to the bottom of the wok even on full heat and with smoking oil.
I bought an Aroma 7qt electric wok and the damn thing is awesome I love your recipes tried several of them and damn they are good.......JUST LIKE THAT GAMBO lol
I made this rice and it was Better than take out 100% better so SEE YA LATER TAKE OUT LOL I love this channel. I will be eating a lot better now for sure Thank you so much!!!
i have just started watching your videos and am enjoying them a lot.i have a question i can't believe use fish o r oyster sauce in my food. is there a close sudstitute for those ingredients that doesn't come from the sea? i want to try your recipes and have them taste as good as yours. thank you for your tutorials.
How come this has such low viewer count? Why does an Indian living in Australia doing a video on Chinese chicken fried rice have 5.4 million views but this one doesn’t! 😳
when you order chow mein in the UK you get what is known as lo mein in the US. I moved to the US, ordered some chow mein and got crunchy noodles! It was then that I learned the difference.
their food is good with no wok spins and bouncing that 98% of restaurant chefs do. They waste energy and may injure themselves and the food is no better!!
I was so sad when their restaurant closed. The best Chinese food!! Sue, could you add more written recipes along with the videos?
For the Chinese foods, this channel is the best👍
Laurentia Hatcher 💯%!!!

i have just started watching your videos and am enjoying them a lot.i have a question i can't believe use fish o r oyster sauce in my food. is there a close sudstitute for those ingredients that doesn't come from the sea? i want to try your recipes and have them taste as good as yours. thank you for your tutorials.
SSANDI1954 do u have allergies? I have a shellfish allergy but for some reason oyster sauce doesn't bother me at all
Where can I get the recipe because I can't understand some of what your saying. Thank you!
Does anyone know what kind of oil they use??
What type of rice do you use? Love this channel!
Thanks Brandon, he is using long grain white rice in this video. :)
What are the ingredients?
Can you tell me where I can buy a wok like yours?
Asian stores
we have so soybean oil....would canola oil be a good substitute or??
+appyrudy Hi appyrudy, yep canola oil would work just fine and also vegetable oil. They're all pretty bland oils.
The beef and chicken fried rice are almost the same . Only the chicken fried rice he put sesame oil. It's good . Thank you !
How come this has such low viewer count? Why does an Indian living in Australia doing a video on Chinese chicken fried rice have 5.4 million views but this one doesn’t! 😳
Use double black soy sauce.
When you use oil, I hear him say soy bean oil but the container he uses is canola oil. Which one do you use?
No wonder mine taste bad. The swirls, the heat and the art to making fried rice.
What is the difference between chow mein and low mein
lo mein in chinese means mixed together. Cantonese chow mein is where the noodles and vegetables are separate or placed ontop of each other.
@@SueandGambo thank you
when you order chow mein in the UK you get what is known as lo mein in the US. I moved to the US, ordered some chow mein and got crunchy noodles! It was then that I learned the difference.
Is that cooked rice or dry rice?
Hi Doug, it is cooked white rice. Here is how to cook white rice if you need it: ruclips.net/video/NrD3KfWmxvA/видео.html
