I have also seen videos of rumours of a Z80 & Z90. If Nikon do produce a top end APS-C top end camera, it has to be with no compromises. Some of the videos suggest it would rival Canon’s R7 but I hope it would be much better than the R7 which came with many compromises. I thought Canon would have learned from Nikon’s mistakes when they released the very disappointing Z6/Z7 that came with single card slots, no facility for a battery grip and despite the Z6 boasting 12 or 14 FPS, this was only possible when using the single point AF (not great for wildlife photographers who are thinking about their composition). Canon made a huge mistake with the R7 because it came with most of the shortfalls of the Z6/Z7 but on top of that, it didn’t include a fast reading card slot such as XQD or CF-Express despite the camera being able to shoot at 15 or 20 FPS. IF a Z80 and Z90 does arrive, the Z80 should be a cheaper option with lower specs but the Z90 should basically be a Z9 but with an APS-C sensor. The body will be smaller so I can’t imagine there being 3 function buttons on the front of the body so two will be fine just like the D500 but it has to have all the customisable function buttons. If the Z90 is released and it is not high end like the D500, I will eventually buy a used Z9 as the Z9ii shouldn’t be too far away. I hope Nikon watch the odd You Tube channel as many D500 users feel the same. Just to add, the Z6ii/Z7ii were what the original Z6/Z7 should have been as the improvement was night and day. My friend has had a Canon R7 since just after the release yet his go to camera is still his 7D Mk2 because he finds the R7’s viewfinder, the battery life, buffer and not being able to have a battery grip very disappointing.
Nikon will need to introduce some higher end lenses for cropped frame if they are serious about the Z90 being a professional grade camera.
Z90 waiting ❤

It will be interesting to see where the Z90 will come in on price. 😊
About two years ago, there were rumors about the Z90 coming from China. (^^♪😍📸📸📷📷📷😍
