I'd been crushed after spending 3 months building 1 lure to match his built in 1 day.
This is a cinematic rollercoaster of emotions. The loss of those two lures will not be forgotten.

the air brush is back! yeeay! the fast forward on the sanding restores my will to live. thank you. We are in this together. Just lost my red diamond spoon with beads lure within inches of the dock, not sure why. that is the trouble with resting rods, you turn your back on them, and then... surprize! Get back out there is the right thing to do. I came back and made 4 spoons using the tin paper tops of applesauce cups, some gardening wire, and hologram duck tape in red, red with silver stripe, silver, and puce. Now the challenge is to attach the split rings and treble hooks to the spoons, and swivels at the nose... I will let you know if I catch something with them. The bonus fishing made it all better. what a nice eye you caught, and such a sassy bass.

@@joeburrows6 clearly you didn't pay attention during the video. The person not making sense is you. The paint he used was called MARTIAN green. But he called it Maritine green (or something similar). He got the name wrong on the video.

As a northern finnish i dont really fish ponds but lakes and rivers sometimes i fish pond that has big perch and pike in it.

Marling one fisherman to another, I personally challenge you to make a Rattle trap lure. I thought you could make a mold for hard plastic, for 2 sides, and than you can snap them into place or glue them together with BBs on the inside. Or really any other way. Than bam rattle trap! If you ever decide to do this i believe you'll do phenomenal!
P.s Rattle Traps work amazing for those infamous creek musky. lol

@@mattsmall5145 The hook hangers, line tie, hooks, and split shots are all metal.
Lead aluminum and stainless steel are not magnetic. Regular hooks are magnetic but not enough steel to pull it in..
@@shawnraintree Stainless steel is magnetic, and if you used one of the large magnets the hooks would be enough to pull it up anyway.

Great concept for a chatterbait. I made my own several years ago with store bought components and lead heads. Caught some bass up to about 8+ pounds on 1 ouncer's that had a big blade.

Two gorgeous lures tragically lost. My jaw literally dropped when the first one popped off. Dropped a like as always but dont let that fool you into thinking losing lures=likes. Im heartbroken about those baits. Those were MasterBaits if I do say so myself. An honorable title... Wear it with pride.
