15 Min Leg Workout With Dumbbells | Pyramid workout - Pull Exercises

  • Join me today for this 15 Min Leg Workout With Dumbbells from home or the gym. This leg workout is going to be all Pulling exercises and is once again continuing this series going to be another Pyramid style format
    We have 3 stations or 3 sets of dumbbells. Heavy , moderate and light
    We kick off with 10 reps of the heavy lifts, 15 of the moderate and 20 of the light
    We then work our way back down the Pyramid with 10 of the light , 15 again of the moderate and finally 20 of the heavy
    A quick rest and then repeat the process with some new exercises
    All in all a killer lower body leg workout in around 15 minutes
    So no time to waste. Grab your selection of dumbbells , free up around 15 minutes of your day and let's get to work

    All sessions now require 2\3 sets of DBs have to say I miss simple single weight sessions.

      You can still do them if you only have a single set! Will still get a good workout in! But it is handy to have a selection so bigger muscle groups get a little more work
