- Join me for another lower body workout, this time a 15 min Pyramid Lower Body Dumbbell Workout from home
The previous lower body workout was all about the pulling exercises and today is all about the pushing exericses
This one the tougher of the leg days for me
Again hitting our Pyramid style format
We have 3 stations or 3 sets of dumbbells. Heavy , moderate and light
We kick off with 10 reps of the heavy lifts, 15 of the moderate and 20 of the light
We then work our way back down the Pyramid with 10 of the light , 15 again of the moderate and finally 20 of the heavy
A quick rest and then repeat the process with some new exercises
All in all a killer lower body leg workout in around 15 minutes
