- Fotis Dulos, the Connecticut man charged with the murder of his missing estranged wife, has died two days after police found him unresponsive from a suicide attempt; CBS2's Valerie Castro reports.
God forbid he could have left his children's mother alive for them. Evil guy.

A narcissist till the end. He killed himself not because of his guilt for killing his wife but because the truth was eminent. Justice was going to be served. He could not fathom spending the rest of his life behind bars.
Not only that he orphaned his children in the process.
Took away their mom from them forever. This woman gave birth to his kids and he took her life then his own leaving his five kids alone in the world.

If he was so innocent, he would have stood trial to prove his so called innocence. The truth is he was a coward who was guilty and didn't want to go to prison for what he had done, which was the murder of his wife.

What a coward.
An innocent father with five children who no longer have a mother would NOT kill himself. He would fight for those children (if not for himself) for as long as it took to prove his innocence. Killing himself was just another cowardly act that only further proves his guilt and exactly who he is. He wasn't considering his children's wellbeing yet again, just like he wasn't considering them when he killed their mother. The suicide was basically his confession.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know this guy was guilty as hell, sure based on his behavior. But ok, all the whining about him being unfairly tried in a court of public opinion is ridiculous. If anyone takes the time to read not only the arrest warrant affidavits but the search warrants, it will leave zero doubt. Every step of what he did except for close to an hour of that morning is known. The amount of evidence besides Jennifer's actual body is astounding. Dulos was guilty as hell not based on his suicide, but based on the actual mountain of evidence on the day of her disappearance. He commit suicide because he was about to go back to jail after learning his bond would be revoked. What a coward. Pattis trying to elicit any sympathy for him and still maintaining his client was innocent is disgusting. The real victims in all of this is the Farber family and I feel so badly for them. Horrible what they have been through.

That phrasing simply designates that a suicide attempt was made. The "attempt" could be unsuccessful or successful. Obviously, his was the latter.

If he really was guilty, he could have at least told where Jennifer's remains are. I hope they find her. I can't imagine what the kids must be going through. He was definitely guilty in public opinion and nothing will exonerate him in public's eyes. If he is innocent, I hope his attorney is able to prove it. I don't have all the facts to form an opinion about his guilt and I am not so sure that suicide always means the person is guilty. Sometimes innocent people take their lives too because they don't trust the system or their life is already ruined the moment they are charged.

While I commend anyone for giving benefit of doubt, you may well come to a different conclusion after seeing how much evidence there really was. I sure hope his ex girlfriend or the other man charged will help LE find her body. It's the least they can do, right?
Gia K No. Fotis isn’t going to say where the body is - that would be tantamount to confessing to his children that he murdered their mother. The evidence against him is very thorough - the best I’ve seen without a body. He knew he’d be convicted and he’d lost everything else. He didn’t want a life sentence and further humiliation. He thought his only real alternative was suicide. At least then there would be some doubt in the minds of those he cared for about his guilt. And I’m sure those who cared for him would welcome that. This was a ruthless self serving man whose hubris led him to believe that he could get away with murder. I feel sorry for his children, the wife he murdered and her family. I feel no compassion for this coward.

You are right, the evidence against him is STRONG as can be without a body. A truly selfish man. He could at least give up the location of her body for his orphaned kids.
