This guys was such an sleezebag! He's beyond evil! Kills the mother of his 5 little kids and wants her mother to pay his mortgage! And what a coward to off himself and leave his 5 little kids as orphans! No doubt in my mind his mistress is guilty of conspiring to commit murder.
Prior to her death she said that she’s fearful that he’s going to kill her if she files the Motion. Then she disappears. Meanwhile her ex is with another woman. There is motive, and a bunch of red flags. I’ll be shocked if he’s not found GUILTY (in both civil & criminal matters).

If people were convicted based on circumstantial evidence, there would be heaps of wrongful convictions left and right.

I may not be a lawyer, but I’ve seen enough investigative reports to know that (1) people DO get convicted on circumstantial evidence (& they’re NOT necessarily wrongful convictions); Also, (2) we don’t know all the details (as outsiders) & what evidence will be presented during the trial. @@Wild.horse. there was another case, here in CT, where a son killed his parents (he was a drug addict and the mom and dad owned a successful garbage company and intended to cut him off financially) and the girlfriend knew about the murder plan and helped him after the fact. Very sick. This was a couple of years ago, I believe the family name was Navin or Nevin. I'm with you, no man is worth anybody's freedom. I'll never understand the women (or anyone) who not only covers for these psychopaths, but helps them with such heinous crimes.

My quick and dirty, and possibly highly inaccurate take:
Exasperation, not laughing. He did not find it funny and the general public (aka the jury) understands what it's like being accused and badgered as an innocent.
How old was the spatter and was it consistent with the timing of Fotis being in the house. He seems too confident, almost innocent. His love-in did the beating. That was my split second conclusion and possibly how the jury would've seen him> Details and his composure will keep him out.
Whatever happened.. may Jennifer propel the truth out of the perpetrator 🙏🏽♥️
