I'm changing my coolant on my volt zcz 1.5 / 2008 model, I drained the radiator through the plastic drain plug & also drained the engine through the rear Allen key drain plug, only got about 2 litres out from the system, strange when it's supposed to hold 6 litres in total with the coolant plastic reserve bottle. So doing a couple of flushes too clean out the whole system, then drain again as much as possible then add concentrate coolant
Yeah it’s a bit weird to not get much coolant out, no clue how much it supposed to hold .I’ll be changing my coolant again as I have new coolant hoses getting out on soon.
There is a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator it makes it easier to drain than taking hoses off ,antifreeze will take paint off if not washed off. I no it is a bit late as you did job last year.
