My items aren’t even showing up in searches! How are we supposed to do business on eBay if they don’t show our products? I got desperate and started lowering prices on things because I was thinking I was pricing too high, but my prices are at or below items that have recently sold for more that are in worse condition than mine. I hope everyone is reporting these problems, I had no idea that it was so bad that when you click on an item and try to purchase, it gives an error. eBay should get their act together, threatening sellers for performance issues, etc, when it’s likely due to THEM, these problems! If WE don’t do well, THEY don’t do well!!!!
You might check the hustle couple video out of Dallas they were having a problem with searches. The algorithm for searches was not showing the correct information. If one was doing a general search, let's say for J.Cew, it would only show tops even though the search was not defined for tops only.
Oh my goodness. Thank you for addressing this. I had two days this week with no sales. Finally had a couple this morning. This never happens!! I will check and see if this was the issue.

My problem with ebay is i had an item with 3 bidders and 28 watchers in the last hour. The item sold to the 3rd bidder but i think somehow there was a glitch and no one else could bid. It was a great item that should have brought twice as much. There are technical problems at ebay. I think they cannot handle all the activity. Would love to know if anyone else has had this problem. I just went into your store using my saved sellers using the eBay app on my android phone. I clicked on about ten different items, including the green hamper, and everything loaded just fine for me on the eBay app. My best guess is this is a website only issue. I hope this gets resolved quickly!
I wonder if something similar is happening on air bnb. I’m hearing hosts say Unusually soft bookings for September and October when generally booked solid in these months.
I believe it's on purpose. There are many things going on behind the scenes. Yes I know Ebay won't make money if sellers can't sell but it's for a reason. 💐🧐
It's a much bigger problem than just this. I can no longer watch an item, it's not working. Also, when I search an item hardly anything comes up. There used to be pages and pages of items, for example handbags. I only see like 5-7 pages now. These issues, some of them have been issues for years now. I used to sell on eBay and Etsy but it got to the point where I wasn't selling anything. I used to sell a ton.
I got that same error message last week when trying to log into my account. I haven't used it in about 5 or 6 years. So I thought maybe it was deleted? Hopefully they get it fixed soon

eBay needs to rebate some seller's fees when things like this are going on.
This should never happen ever! EBay makes mucho money and can’t even do a good job for their sellers!

I have experienced same problem. They want us to pay extra for giving listing priority. Somethings wrong.
Karen, this is exactly why I stopped ebay selling. No one at eBay would help me and repeatedly told its my fault. I truly hope you get this corrected.

It happened to me too but I thought it was because I had to shut my store for a few days. It came back within 10 hours
I just picked a random seller, went to their store, clicked on one of their items at random...and same thing!!

Yes i saw this about 2 days ago but it was only if i actually go into the store. If i clicked the same item from a search list i could see it.

Same thing happened to me when I tried to buy a few things from lindy glen. I was able to purchase the next day. Not good!
