10 Minute Chair Yoga Practice

- This is a ten minute chair yoga practice that is great for people who work at the office or are seated most of the day. You'll get a good stretch but won't work up a sweat. Hope you enjoy! As always, move within a pain-free range, and don't forget to breathe deeply!

That was awesome! It was my first time doing chair yoga, and I loved it. I feel so relaxed right now. At peace. With me having anxiety and depression, I don't feel like this very much lol. And being 100 pounds overweight, I haven't been able to do a yoga session... or even a regular-length chair yoga. I'm so out of shape! This was so perfect for me to ease into this! My Dr wants me to start with only once a week, and I think I finally found a video I won't feel anxious about keeping up with. Thank so much
i really appreciated this -- I am so very grateful for the incredible service that you and others are doing in making yoga that is gentle enough and short enough to take away any excuse on the part of even the most devoted self-care avoidant not to do some yoga every day. Omg I got up at 4 am to do this. I used to do yoga daily and now I’m obese and I was using this to get my fix and to be a starter back into yoga. Awesome. That holding on to the back of the chair bend omggg my back was so tight it felt so good

Thank you! I'm a yoga teacher who generally has a faster paced more intensive practice. This was wonderful and just what I needed right now! Everybody can benefit from chair yoga. You will never out grow it no matter how flexible or strong you get.
This 10 minute chair video is helping to restore my flexibility and actually save my life. I am so out of shape and stressed after years of sitting a lot for my job and relative inactivity. I can see a better future and this will get me started - it is the perfect beginning.
This was an assignment for my middle school son from his P.E. teacher. I did it with him and we both enjoyed it. Thanks Candice for putting out such great content!

Thank you Candace, your 10 minute yoga video was very helpful for me. I'm 46 years old and have been experiencing severe tightness in my body which causes me pain in my body. My walking has been a struggle but finding your video today and walking through these steps with you for the very first time has helped me tremendously. I felt the kinks popping in my body and I feel so much better. I will be making this a daily practice for me.

This session was really good for my back. I've been incorporating yoga more and more into my routine because of the benefits it has been having for my body and mind. I've weight lifted for a year and it took a really big toll on my body. Yoga has been helping me release a lot of knots, tension, and stiffness. I love it so much. Your poses suggested in this video were really nice. They gave me a good stretch. Thank you for sharing. Namaste.

Thank you so much I really enjoyed this year we in the chair I injured my knee and I needed to steal yoga cuz I was feeling so bad not doing it but that was just enough that help me stretch my muscles and get my leg guard I'm a CNA and I work hard I do yoga about two months now and I really enjoy every moment of it so for me not doing it for 5 days has been real hard so I looked up page up on RUclips and I am so happy that I about this page because I need you to yoga email I need to see if it's my meditation for the day thank you

First yoga stretch ever….and I feel energized. I suffer badly from fibromyalgia, and I am senior., and I feel this may be the right start into toning and stretching for me.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and my rheumatologist suggested yoga. My flexibility is near to none…or was I should say until now. I feel less stressed and my body feels relaxed and less stiff. I will continue daily! I look forward to your videos! Thank you again for giving me an opportunity to regain my flexibility.
