I wonder what his next project with HBO will be. I think his biggest problem on AGW was that it felt like he was interviewing his guests. Simmons isn't great at interviewing. He should just be having a conversation. That was the difference between AGW and his podcasts. His podcasts make you feel like you're hanging out with him and the guest. AGW just felt like another version of a late night show.
Yeah- he mentioned that he was a good interviewer but wasn't good in being a "host", hinting that he didn't exactly have the charm and charisma to host a television show.
And kids, Beth here is the prime example of what kind of target audience the NBA is trying to catch: families sitting together at home crowded around the TV, just home from church, with a few pizzas, buckets of fries, enjoying seeing cute people "place" a ball in a hoop, with not ONE person in their family who plays sports.
