I like the downstairs bedroom best, with its well-done cabinetry. I would like the same side cabinets in the larger loft. I also like the white interior with natural wood as an accent. It’s clean, simple, and yet warm and inviting. I would the ladder somewhere and use the current hanging space for shelving or spice racks.

I understand your desire for a 10 ft wide home, but the maximum allowed width on US roads without needing moving permits and police escorts is 8 feet six inches.
Spot on with the exterior upgrades! The kitchen is fantastic. My exceptions would be a definite window over the kitchen and bathroom sinks . I would also go with an undermount sink with water saving foot pedals to operate the flow. I would also go with slide ladder (if possible). Miss those skylights that act as egress. Love this floor plan.

I know people who have pets. They also need works space. So the loft can be used as axpls e where they can sleep. The back room can be used as an office and the steps leading to the main loft a place where their pets can live. The down stairs can be used for guests. It would be inconvenient for one to have guest hitting their heads on a loft when they wake up in the morning.
With a home that big you need to have acombo bath 🛀 installed in your shower you have so much white paint throughout house you pocket door 🚪 and cabinets should be a wood color that will balance out all the white ❤😊

A few issues: -does the couch actually block the opening of a cupboard door ?? - either no access to the bathroom (ladder in the way) or no way to get down for the people in the loft above the bathroom once the ladder is removed... and stored a few meters away from the loft - the deep / narrow cupboards don't look practical (slide out would seem easier to use). -the kitchen seems to get very little natural light - seats 2 people for meals + 3 in the sofa in a tiny that can accomodate 8 ? - too little space to arrive with travelling cases and clothes in my opinion: with 8 people or even 6 it seems they will have to line the floor with suitcases, or store them above the refrigerator/kitchen cupboard wich makes them hard to access ( you'd have to empty them altogether to put your clothes and possessions somewhere accessible but the cupboard/storing space seems very small except in one loft.)

Would of moved cabinets so ladder slides on rail. Leaving it always accessible and easy to move out of the way. Can imagine waking up to use the bathroom and the ladder being moved so others can access the bathroom and kitchen. Not a well thought out design.

This is very nice…..However that ladder 🪜 would be a problem having to go up & down especially in the middle of the night, you literally do not have no privacy, no actual closet space. I couldn’t live in one full time. No more then a camping trip. It’s good for ppl that can deal with all that comes along with it.

My favorite parts were the downstairs bedroom, the stairs w/ storage, stacked washer & dryer and that you could sit up comfortably in the lofts.
The best part for me - three proper bedrooms for a family of 4.

okay: it’s PERFECT
You can save space with just cooktop. And no oven . Could use nu wave oven. Do u offer no loft options. Have trouble with ladders.

I would much rather have the laundry in the bathroom than the storage. The laundry outside looks horrible
you can always have a flush for in front of it like bifold accordion etc

When the ladder is attached to the loft no one can enter the bathroom.
The stairs lead directly to the front door which isn’t good Feng Shui.
