It's our 3 Bedroom Bunkhouse Floor Plan with the Deluxe Stand-Up Loft.
6'4" and under can stand up on two sides of the Queen Bed & by the wardrobes to get dressed in the Master Loft.

You need to flip the doors on the refrigerator... That would drive me crazy having to walk into the bathroom just to get into the fridge. I would also be worried that I would trip or slip trying to get into bed, and go right through those big windows. Guessing they are safety glass? The living room area is just a bit too small but I realize that in order to get three full bedrooms in there you had to lose space somewhere. I love the color!
This fridge didn't have the reversible door and the only retro fridge with a left opening door was $2200 more than this fridge! So the homeowner opted to save that extra dough since she liked the retro look.
Yes all of our windows are tempered glass. The windows in each bedroom have to be large enough for egress in order to meet code requirements. ❤️

Hahahah! We're about as southern as they come! (From Oklahoma and Alabama/Georgia living in Texas). Our kids make fun of our accents but secretly I think they really love it! 😂😂😂
What an ingenious way to do the bedrooms! I always said I couldn't have a tiny house because you couldn't stand up in the lofts. I know lots of people will love this one!

The technique of having the bed platform provide extra headroom for the lower floor isn't new. It's been used in boat building for years. It was also used in split level mobile homes of the 1950'and 1960's. Google Pacemaker or bi level mobile homes. I'm surprised tiny homebuilders weren't using this clever concept sooner.
Because it's not a tiny home. It's a standard mobile home and ridiculously expensive.
In every tiny home you build, I see a home that is very, very livable. You understand what people need to be able to live tiny. This home is one of the best yet, especially for a family. Love it!

I love you videos! I do have one question though, it seems that the refrigerators never open into the kitchen to me that I feel like they're backwards can you switch the doors around to where they can open into the kitchen?
@@cindyfoley9127 Probably not on a vintage one, but if you have a modern, single-door fridge, they can attach the doors to open into the kitchen.
Just had to do that with the new fridge. Make sure that the place you bought it from conveys that to the delivery people.
This indeed looks very livable. And the design is beautiful. The fridge opens on the wrong side though, that would drive me crazy 😀. Am I the only one who noticed?

I absolutely love that design especially because it gets everyone a separate sleeping space and enough space to stand up beside the beds, as well as a bathroom that's normal. Absolutely beautiful and amazing functionality
It's basically a mobile home, they've been around for years. It's lovely, yeah, but it's not a tiny home.
I'm often cynical about claims made by tiny home builders, but there really are three distinct bedrooms where you can stand up when you get out of bed! No crawling in and out of a cramped loft on your hands and knees. I also note that they are fitted with full-thickness mattresses, and there's still room for you to sit up in bed. The wardrobes all provide enough space for a real person's clothes. The kitchen is relatively spacious. A shower stall rather than a tub would allow even more room in the bathroom.
All that being said, there is very little "living" space, so this home is best suited for a climate that permits outdoor living for most of the year. One might forego the off-grid features and use the solar equipment space to store a fold-up screen house that could be set up for daily activities. I can actually picture a family of four living here in relative comfort. A very clever design!

KITCHEN IS A BEAUTIFUL COLOR. THIS HOUSE IS LONG ENOUGH SO. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM IS POSSIBLE. ALSO COULD DROP ALL LOFTS & MAKE KITCHEN BIGGER.

Great floor plan - would probably make the downstairs room an office and would prefer just a shower. Love all the storage. I see where you can fit a couch and the living room space looks pretty small. Love the kitchen layout. Really like the master loft, there just isn't much privacy but I am sure something could be done to create more. It is a very nice floor plan and different then all the others I have seen. Nice job.
yes we can add a full wall & door to the lofts if homeowners want that.

I've been looking at tiny homes for a while - watching loads of RUclips videos! This has to be the most beautiful & functional tiny home that I've ever seen! Sadly in Australia there's strict limits on tiny house length...but hopefully in time that will change!
Just read on your website about your commitment to & support of veterans. This really tugged at my heart strings as my Dad is a Vietnam Veteran. I know how difficult it can be for vets from seeing his, & his mates' struggles. You are wonderful for what you do 🙏💕

Imagine the struggles of the innocent people who lived in Vietnam who had their homes, their family, their friends, their bodies and health, and their whole lives torn apart or mangled because we felt we had the right to exploit their people and steal their resources. All they wanted was agency and for that, we waged war against them. My father too is a Vietnam vet, but he is embarrassed by his involvement. He knows who the real victims are, and he knows our government is the one to blame. I don’t mean to be a bitch but it’s infuriating to hear someone talk about the “struggles” of American Vietnam vets when WE were the ones waging it. WE were the monsters.
@@amandacharlebois9295 my Dad is not a monster. Why do you feel the need to diminish the suffering of vets because of the suffering the Vietnamese people went through? We shouldn't have been there, no, but remember that the south Vietnamese were fighting the north...the Vietnamese were fighting too.
Keep being infuriated if you want, but think about developing the capacity to have compassion for more than one group.
And yes - you do sound like a bitch. Viet vets have been through enough, many are working at helping the Vietnamese people even now. You're entitled to your opinion, but perhaps keep your judgemental & offensive opinions to yourself.
Love the stand up bedrooms. Great fir those of us who cannot crawl on our knees. Great design of the kitchen. Love the outdoor storage and cat litter area as well as catwalk and openings. Nice bathroom too.

It is so nice to have bedrooms you can stand in because most tiny homes don't, especially the ones with lofts. The only downside is a very small living area.
I think the biggest downside of loft-style is zero privacy.

I’m building my own 24’ tiny house and have wrestled with the two level areas and how to make them useable in a practical manner. You seem to have solved this quagmire in the most perfect way!
The entire house is beautiful and the details demonstrate expertise in all facets of construction and design.
The unusual ceiling fan in both design and function is noteworthy as well.
I must add my $0.02s re. that beautiful retro refrigerator… it would drive me crazy going around the door for access. I also realize that it was the buyers prerogative and I hope that they are going to be happy with their choice🤭!
This build will be with me for life now. I was seriously considering a design that allowed me to raise the roof after arriving at the destination but really didn’t want to deal with that “complication” and it’s potential for failure. Your floor plan and use of various floor levels is the best I’ve seen and I must have looked at 100+ “tiny houses on trailer” builds.

I love your videos! By far, this is my favorite tiny home I have seen after watching hundreds of videos. I especially love the standup bedrooms and the food truck window setup. You didn't really steer your attention to the living room, which needs some extra space or work. Also, the kitchen could use some extra storage. I would just customize a bit differently. 🙂
Hi!!! New here today. I saw 2 others and so far this is my favorite. I absolutely love everything about it!!! That master screams naps. So cozy and comfy looking. The only thing I would want extra in here is another splitter for a/c!!! What I love about these homes also is it gets the kids outside!!! The same with “campers”. The kids wanna get outside and play etc etc. I have a big house but I have a camper and I love it. I also had an apartment in the city for work and for my son to goto school. It was a 1 bedroom and I loved it.

Wow! This is the most interesting tiny house that I have seen..I'm totally into tiny house with stand up bedrooms and here it's not only 1 but 3 stand up bedrooms! Love it..like the space planning and colour scheme too.Only thing I do not like is the bathroom wall tiles, I would prefer plain white subway tiles which will make the space look bigger and maybe just 1 different colour accent tiles on the wall where the shower is mounted, but that is just my opinion

that downstairs bedroom would also make for a great walk in closet!
thoughts on the cat room.... have you thought about recommending to your customers to finish off the area with a wipeable wall and separating and adding a wall to divide the space from the electrics..... only suggestion because most cats I know like to scratch and or chew at things.... and eating foam insulation could cause some health problems for the wee ones... you could also do a flat lying shelf on shelf casters so you can pull the littler box back and forth if you needed to, along with motion lights. I think you did a finished dog one before....

Beautiful Tiny House
It's very spacious, no doubt about that. But if suffers from the most common tiny house problem - no living room area. I'm older and do not live in my bedroom, so I would need to turn that ground-floor bedroom into a living room with a real couch and shelving unit for a smart tv. That's just my old-school opinion, though...
We're a custom builder so every client is different in terms of what they order. There is enough space for a love seat between the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom, but we didn't really highlight that enough. The TV can be mounted on the wall opposite the love seat.
This homeowner said she might add a TV to the common area one day but currently she doesn't watch TV or do much lounging at all from what I can tell. She's an avid gardner and cyclist and doesn't seem to sit still very often!

Wow! This is an amazing design! Dumb question: Was it per the owners' request that they don't have a privacy wall on the master bedroom? I noticed that the second kid's room has a full height wall, which I really like.
Everyone chooses something a little different on that master loft wall (or 1/2 wall). It's a balance between privacy and air-flow. Thanks for watching!
