    If you're like me, you hate back fat. Today, I'm reviewing a few proven methods to reduce your love handles. I'll cover this material in four parts, including diet, the gym, hormones, and my top-secret fat-shredding cocktail of natural supplements.
    consumption. Sugar makes your insulin level go through the roof. When your insulin level is up, your body will store fat, which is unused calories. Just remember that fat is unutilized calories. Consume less. A pro tip is to limit the amount that you're eating out. There are lots of sneaky, dirty calories in food when you're eating out. Please prepare your meals ahead of time. I use the Factor Calorie Smart Plan, which meals are 550 calories or less. This allows me to stay on my plan but still enjoy delicious meals.
    Take dieting a bit slower and get your butt into the gym to make sure your muscles don't atrophy. If you want to lose your love handles, you must make sure you're lifting weights. Ensure you do big lifts such as squats, bench presses, deadlifts, and pull-ups. The wider your upper body, the more drastic the drop down to your waist will be. My pro tip is that some underwear and shorts will make your love handles look worse. So, size up. Also, instead of wearing an elastic waistband for a bathing suit, opt for a solid band with a tie front without elastic. We also need to talk about cardio. If you want to drastically reduce your love handles and body fat, hop on the treadmill and crank up the incline. You don't need to run. Walk on an incline for about 30 to 45 minutes every single day. You could also do the stair stepper. If you want to take it to the next level, wear a weighted vest, which will make your walking more challenging. If you genuinely want to dip into fat stores, you need to get into a consistent habit of doing cardio every single day. You can also walk outside if you want to do something other than the treadmill. Running and jogging are also going to increase the amount of calories that you're burning.
    If you have high estrogen or low testosterone or a combination of both, you'll have a more difficult time reducing your body fat because you'll store more fat, and the more fat you have, the higher the conversion from testosterone to estrogen. It's a vicious cycle. To ensure your testosterone is maxed, reduce your body fat by eating healthy, taking supplements, reducing endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and getting tested. You need to know where you're starting from; a blood test can help you. Trying lifestyle modifications can boost your testosterone. Lifting weights is one of the best things you can do to boost your body's production of testosterone. Sleep is also an important component. Your testosterone is produced when you sleep, so you need at least 7 to 9 hours of sound slumber nightly. Not sleeping will also work out your cortisone levels, which will increase your body fat.
    Muscles are hard to gain, but they are also hard to lose. You will not lose it just because you're in a caloric deficit or doing fast to cardio. I wouldn't recommend super intense cardio because if you go over 80% of your target heart rate reserve, you will utilize muscle glucose and glycogen as energy as opposed to fatty acids. I competed in natural bodybuilding, and to reduce love handles and back fat, I used L-carnitine every day. It's a natural amino acid that helps to utilize fats better. Combined with steady-state cardio (in your target zone) on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, fatty acids will be used as energy. I also take CLA, a fatty acid that breaks down fat. The L-carnitine transports fat to muscles for energy. The combination of CLA and L-carnitine twice a day is a game changer when combined with cardiovascular exercise on an empty stomach.

    I fast for 18 hours then eat 6 scrambled eggs and 8 oz of ground turkey with some Greek yogurt. Then a protein heavy dinner with barely any carbs. I end up eating 1990 calories a day and get 15 to 25k steps a day. I don’t need factor.

    I had lower back side fat and it took me a year to get rid of it. Added more protein to my diet, less fat and lifted heavier. It was a hard thing to resolve for a 36 year old.

    I am 68 and I have 10% body fat. How? Abs start in the kitchen! Eat protein with vegetables and/or fruit with every meal. No processed food, no deep fried food, no sugar nor any "ose," such as high fructose corn syrup, glucose, etc., cut back on alcohol, too. Eat at home, restaurants add too much crap for flavor. Go out once a week and eat and drink whatever you want, in moderation. That 30 minute walk before breakfast will make a difference.

    This is simply an infomercial for Factor. Folks, please stick to what you already eat every day, just reduce the portion size. Things he is telling you are all NOT sustainable. These meals are not cheap and you will get sick of them pretty quickly. So for the long run success reduce your portion sizes and eat what your heart desires and light exercises.

      Bad advice. People are eating crap for the most part and you are telling them to just keep doing that and to eat what your heart desires. If i ate what my heart desired I would eat ice cream and cake all day, but I don't because I'm an adult and I have some discipline. You absolutely need to modify your diet if you want results. However there are tasty healthy meals and recipes for just about everything so you don't have to sacrifice once you know how to make them.

      Every one of his videos is just one big ad, but that doesn't mean he gives bad advice. If you're eating all fast food and just reducing the calories vs eating the same amount of calories of healthier food, your body is going to be healthier.

      Your not going to look your best just by going on a diet. Exercise is key. A steady diet will help a lot and advance the process a lot faster. You don’t need no expensive meals 😅

    Serious question, about a year and a half ago I basically starved myself down to 140lbs as a 5'10 male who before that is usually around 170, I lost everything except my love handles, and if I went anymore I'd look really miserable, looking back at pictures I looked like a POW, why is this, my upper abs always show but no matter how dangerously low I go I can never get rid of my love handles or a tiny pouch at the bottom of my torso. The ladies don't seem to care but I do

      @@Suumac_ you probably look unhealthy at 140lbs because you have no muscle (no offense and I could be wrong) - but I would say you just need to hit the gym and eat enough protein and do that consistently.

    I do reduce my calories some days! Other days I fast between 18 to 24 hrs ! I go walking until I hit 10’000 or more! I lift weights everyday with doing pushups! I eat my high protein with low carb! I’ll make 3 eggs with egg whites! Greek yogurt blueberries! A slice of whole grain bread with jam! I had chicken with shrimp last night with mashed potatoes! I used to eat 6 eggs

    Great video! If factor offered "gluten friendly" meals, I would be purchasing. "Gluten friendly" means their recipes do not include any gluten sources, but they do not have to make sure silverware is sterilized, install expensive air filters, ETC.

    Female crashing here…Factor cost too much for the little food you get, and it doesn’t look appetizing coming out the microwave. Daniel Fast - eating only what comes from seed and no meat, sugar or processed food - has significantly reduced my A1C/blood sugar and bad cholesterol, while eliminating sugar cravings and low energy. I struggle getting enough protein though because beans are hard on my stomach even when eating it with vinegar, I can’t handle much, haven’t found a good tofu scramble recipe, and protein powders are processed. Split pea soup is awesome though.

    I already know he’s going to shape the whole video around an advertisement. However, he was there for us once upon a time. I’m here for old times sake. The actual remedy is to eat clean and workout. Not necessarily easy without a certain mindset but it’s possible. I doubt you need the product to do that but it may help you if you’re busy. Mind you…you would most likely be eating the same thing over and over again once you eat clean and workout on a daily basis. He’s not wrong technically and is showing a way for people who don’t have time to cook. Throw it in the oven or steam it instead of microwaving it. Never tried it, I’ll stick with the tuna and broccoli when I get back to it.

    Calories in Calories Out is the only advice you need here. If you ate 5000 calories of beef per day you would gain weight. If you ate 1000 calories of m&ms a day you would lose weight. End of story.
