    I think this is the best video I have seen regarding body fat. 3 years ago I reached 11% body fat and my god that was a chore to mantain, I got sick of it and went back to 15-17... it is very sustainable, I'm happy, I can have a non-healthy meal once in a while without feeling guilty or worried of loosing progress, and I think it looks good. This video confirmed that I wasn't crazy going back to mid teens levels of body fat, so, Thank you!

    Don’t agree.
    Everyone’s genetics are different.
    Some guys don’t have six pack abs at 15% body fat.
    Some of us need to be sub 10% (like myself) for my abs and serratus to be defined.
    Sub 10% body fat is also very sustainable dependent upon genetics.

      Yup I’m 133lbs n around 15% body fat and I still don’t have my 6 pack showing … literally small ugly lower belly fat pouch is what I have but I look super lean everywhere else with some pretty decent muscle too, but I must lose more pounds to get there. Gotta get to at least 11-12% for sure.

    • @ДмитрийАртюшин-г7й
      @ДмитрийАртюшин-г7й 3 месяца назад

      Don't make dramatic changes in your eating! It's not about being vegan, or any other... It's all about calories in / calories out. You need protein to repair your body, skin, etc. and to build muscle. Based on the numbers you wrote, your fat loss journey could take around 2 years. The main message in the video was not to hurry and take your time! Please, don't crush your body with the lack of nutrients. You can easily eat from all food groups, lift weights, do light cardio and loose fat at a small but steady and maintainable pace. Good luck!
