    coming from the energy industry i belive that this might be a good place to start when looking for innovating and move forward with new strategies before the competition takes them. The energy industry is a zero sum game, so who ever moves faster wins, but that might bring a lot of risk.

      So true, those types of industries can be slow movers, but if someone manages to innovate it can make a huge difference, but of course there's the risk of failure.
      On the other hand not innovating is a risk in itself since others will do.

    I loved this book. Excellent one. He has got another book The Crux. I'm reading it. Would probably read it again.
