Just took my 2024 Outback Wilderness from Western NY to Leesburg Va. Then to Perth ,New Jersey and Back to Virginia and back to WNY. Super Highway Driving on NJ turnpike at 85 mph. I can't say enough how well CVT Ran and When I needed to pass at 85 mph- turbo and CVT took me to 96 in an instant. god damn invigorating. Cruised home through Heart of Pennsylvania mountains in the bad weather all the East was getting last week and I cruised at 72 and passed everything in site. The Subaru suspension was true and stable No matter the road conditions. I can't say enough of my experience with my First Subaru 2024 LEASE - A absolute Beast with very good gas mileage too.
I've thought about getting one. If i trade my truck off ill trade it for one of these. Id loose my towing capacity but gain for something smaller in a camper and car.
@@ericj810 - Hey Eric the Subaru with turbo has 3500 lbs. of towing capacity and I purchased a towing strap and was able to pull a friends car out of snow ditch last winter( stuck really bad) like it was a piece of cake.. Good luck - BEST car I have ever owned across the board...

Great review ! I Drove an Onyx, Touring and Wilderness and bought the WIlderness. I found that I liked the increased ride height for visibility, ease of entry/exit and for loading bikes into the back. The startech seats also seemed softer and more comfortalbe than leather.
your forgot to mention that the stereo is Harmon Kardon as standard - much, much improved over the '22/'23
I wasn’t really on Subarus, but after I got a Forester 98 everything change and this Outback has become my dream car I wish one day I can afford it

Loved the review.
For my personal taste, I go back & forth between thinking it looks cool & awkward. Also, that Subaru screen swipe/transition puts the “LUG” in sluggish 😂.

So what kinda gas mileage does it get with the high gear in the rear end with 4 or 5 people in the car..😊😊😊
20-22 average highway. 5 people might be tight and the mpg drops quick if you really lean into the turbo. Great car overall though would highly recommend for 4 or less people.
