Ingredients:
1000ml fresh soy milk/box soy milk (low sugar)
5g agar-agar powder/agar-agar strips
syrup
100g brown sugar/brown sugar
250ml water
2 pandan leaves (knotted)

Peach gum snow fungus and longan syrup
Ingredients:
20g Peach gum (soak for 6-8 hours)
2 snow fungus
About 15 red dates
Dried longan
Goji Berry
2 pandan leaves

Ginkgo Barley with Beancurd Skin Dessert
Ingredients:
100g ginkgo (about 50pcs)
100g beancurd (about 3 large pieces)(specially for dessert)
70g barley
120g rock sugar (optional)
2 pandan leaves (knotted)
2500ml water

Bubur Cha-Cha
Sweet Potato Coconut Milk Dessert
Ingredients:
1 orange sweet potato (about 150 g)
1 yellow sweet potato (about 150 g)
1 purple sweet potato (about 150 g)
Taro 200g
2 bananas
20g Sago
40g eyebrow beans (soaked for 4 hours)
80g Tapioca flour (40g for red color and 40g for green color )
Food coloring (red and green)
Boiling hot water
1300ml water
400 ml coconut milk
160g white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves

Shadajue, did the bubur cha cha for breakfast minus taro & banana ( didn't hv these 2 items at hand). Nevertheless it tasted good, just nice the sweetness. Tq & Happy Chinese New Year to you & family
