    Ingredients:
    100g Rice Flour
    5 eggs/kampong eggs
    1 tablespoon of tapioca flour (12g)
    60ml water
    150g caster sugar (do not eat sweet, you can reduce about 20g)
    200ml Coconut milk

    Crispy Fried Arrowhead Chips
    Crispy Fried Arrowhead Chips
    Ingredients:
    Arrowhead 1 kg
    Oil 750ml
    Salt
    --------------------------------------------------------------
    Kuih Loyang |Crunchy Honeycomb Cookies
    Honeycomb Cookies recipe:
    Serving size: 90-110 pieces (see the thickness of honeycomb cake)
    Ingredients:
    glutinous rice flour 100g
    rice flour 100g
    Corn flour 100g
    5 eggs
    caster sugar 130g
    coconut milk 250ml (also can replace with 200ml water if don't like coconut milk)
    white sesame (if you like sesame, you can add it)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Spicy Salted Egg Cornflakes Recipe
    Ingredients:
    Corn chips conflake-150g
    3 salted egg yolks (cooked and crushed)
    50g butter
    2 red millet peppers, chopped (if you like super spicy, you can add more)
    50-60 pieces of curry leaves
    Seasoning-salt and sugar

    My neighbour Chinese old grandmother used to make love letters using charcoal. Way back in 70s. Golden era for all people.

    請問蜂窩餅的模具頭有多大:兩英吋還是4英吋的?你的模具頭是銅的,很光滑,我能夠買到的有不鏽鋼的、或者鋁製的,銅的頭很粗糙,請問那種材料最好?謝謝。
