What is your realistic score prediction for this game tommorow? I’ve got Alabama 48-13. There’s been too many games where I thought Alabama would be challenged only for them to absolutely blow the opposition out, so that’s why I’m picking Bama to win by 35.
He had the moments, but watching this game makes him look like he's one of the greatest lol. He was a good tough runner. But I think Connor Shaw was one of the best QBs South Carolina has had
lattimore was our saving grace. going to uofsc right now and we’re getting better with beamer, but not nearly like back then. I damn sure miss watching games like these with my dad.
Wish we currently have a DC like Ellis and an OC whose offense is atleast half as good as Spurrier's offense was! We would have won atleast 2 more games this season. Also, just seeing this game, if Garcia played this well in 90% of his games we would have won atleast 2 SEC championships! But, bygones are bygones!
I remember going to the college game day in Columbia for this game and for some reason I just knew we had a big chance to upset them. One of the greatest days of my life still to this day, I miss that feeling.... now I just hope we can keep a game close
This is back when recruitment was right. Swearinger. Lattimore..jeffries...we were at a prime....i wish we can get more players like them. I was so happy that year , i ran around the house butt naked. 😂
What a great play by the Carolina quarterback, throwing the ball out of the end-zone. This was calm and collective, instead of risking an interception or fumble recovery. That was a heads up play that benefited S.C. massively!
Columbia SC was lit that day! Such an electric, passionate crowd and you could just feel them giving their team an edge! Hard-fought game by Bama but congrats to SC on one of their most meaningful victories in a regular season game!

Steve Garcia and Bo Wallace sorta played identical roles against Bama teams very good receiver core for their offense and Bama had an inexperienced secondary.
connor shaw was projected not to have a shot in the NFL. He had a backup position sealed but injuries forced him into retirement. Could have been in the league a lot longer.

Not even almost the same amount, maybe our starters vs there starters yeah, but bamas back ups were all big recruits too, that's the diffrence, and back in those days, people didn't transfer as much
SC football has been mediocre since its inception. Spurrier made us relevant, as we had some outstanding seasons during his tenure. I was there and the entire joint was apeshit for pretty much the whole game. Willie B. can get rowdy!

Marcus Lattimore pre-injury was so, so good. Spurrier had a sneaky good run at USC, brought in a lot of talent

Lattimore would have been one of the all time greats in the NFL
Facts
He was the best Running Back before Derrick Henry, Jonathan Taylor, Nick Chubb, and Ezekiel Elliott
Definitely.
U can clearly tell how much the announcers were going for Alabama there
Wylan Sheffield everyone loves they’re little baby’s in Alabama except for every other team in the SEC west

Dont worry little bro, as a senior I think we got a lot to look forward to this year.
We are coming back.
Do nuggets eyes deceive him or does he see AJ McCarron at 5:27
Nugget his eyes do not deceive him
Saban often uses backup or starting quarterbacks to hold for fieldgoals, Im pretty sure McCarron was backup at the time
The formula for beating Bama during the Saban era was having a good a good running QB and a big physical WR and good run game
