It has Deep Fill . But you can add water using the Active Jet . Just let it get on in wash cycle after it fills. Touch Pause open washer press the Active jet button to fill with cold water 💦 .
My water doesn’t get hot on normal setting!!! Why not? Samsung says even tho I change the water temp that it’s now gonna change. The preset is level hot 4 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
Correct but it's final spin can last up to 15 mins, giving the clothes enough time to ring out as much water as possible. Clothes come out lightly damp.
@@mrvic92154 Had to remove mine (white pegs) & ran much better. Question: Do you pour detergent up to edge or up pass and cover MAX (1:16)? This model uses much more detergent than my last Whirlpool's.

Just bought one of these and hooked it up and turned it on and water is pouring from the back of the control panel during the water fill cycle!! Brand new!! Any ideas ???
2 weeks after purchase of this washing machine, an issue of water not stopping to fill up and does not start washing cycle, tried the pull the plug for 5, 10 or even an hour but to no avail so technician from Samsung has to come for service, what an inconvenient experience for a NEW purcase, this brand is a PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!
I just bought mine Sept. 4 10 days later the lemon Samsung showed some nasty issue, it keeps on pouring water up to the brim and does not start any cycle so your clothes are floating like the movie Titanic with dead people all over the place, the saddest thing is the customer service, they gave plenty of run around, you are dealing with a lier associate and a lier technician and you can tell because their lies do not agree with each other, the customer service said the parts are on back order but the tech said we have to see it personally to know what parts to order anyways I would just seek help with the better business bureau maybe thay can give me a swift justice for the lemon washing machine
This machine looks like it's maid by Whirlpool b because it's cabinet looks like a Whirlpool and control pane looks like a Maytag. Mate don't you ever stop talking

It regulates the temperature of the water coming in.
The bad thing is that it's max spin speed is only 700RPM's which is pretty slow.
Yes...i don't know why...probably if it goes faster it will fall apart...lol

I like Samsung because it can set to rinse up to 5 times ....so no detergent left on your clothes . LG also can do rinse up to 5 times too.
My mini washer works n cleans better than big washer
