Yes! And the family called all of those friends who walked around the house touching everything and walking all over the crime scene. And the whole story with the ransom letter was ricidulous. What kiddnaper woould sit inside the house and wrote 3 page letter??
I believe it was either father or brother who killed her
Maybe it was an accident. They removed the boy immediately from the house and father discovered her body first and carried it upstairs
Why if not to destroy the crucial evidence. Plus all the evidence used in crime came from the the house

20/20 got it wrong: it’s not a single male DNA. With new testing, as of 2016 it is a mixed sample of touch DNA: JonBenet’s plus at least 2 other males. This is concerning to many forensic pathologists because a sample like this is indicative of transfer/contamination and not likely the DNA of a perpetrator. No DNA where it counts, like the murder weapon and only fibres from Patsy’s jacket on the inside of the duct tape, which likely was placed on her mouth after she was already dead.

He means alarm clock, they were due to leave early hence him being up when patty found the note.
It's well stated the house alarm system was already there when they moved in, they never used it because it was the type that makes a loud noise (horrible old style things they made ears bleed lol) to make the intruder leave, they never set it after one of the kids set it off playing with it and they all hated the noise. It's the main reason those house alarms did not stand the test of time.

@@nadia-tp1xv i used to think this but Burke was a boy scout. He would've practiced knots. His train was in the basement and the tracks made the same "taser" marks if stabbed with the end. The Maglite is made for security and as a weapon. He would've had it in the dark basement. The forensic test was done with a kid his size and the skull cracked just the same. His 👋 were on the pineapple bowl she had last eaten from and when confronted with it in a picture he refused to identify it for what it was. Then the way he describes watching JB in her pageants is strange as well. I can't help but think all 3 are guilty. The DNA evidence is faulty somehow. It was introduced in the staging of the body I think and helped to throw the investigation off, maybe even unintentionally.

      @juliannajc9310 3 года назад

@@BalthazarMyrrh70 JB was sexually abused prior to her murder.
Her autopsy reports chronic interstitial inflammation to her vaginal area meaning her body was trying to heal from previous damage. She had erosion to the tissue to her hymen at the 7oclock position.
She had two pring mark's consistent with a taser to her back. I just can't see them being the train track. And even if that were plausible it wouldnt explain the single mark questionable to the side of her cheek that also appears to be "burned" tissue . Even if it was the train track it's not feasible to think it was Burke then. Obviously, the perp didnt mind using whatever was in the house to torture and make devices with to sexually assualt and kill her with.
Her skull was bludgeoned so bad that it was 8.5 inch by nearly 2 inches.
Then a garrote device was meticulously crafted that was fully functional that she was strangulated with leaving deep ligature furrows in her neck. The pictures are terrible. She was tortured and suffered before death , no doubt. It's possible a child could mimi k the type of knot because he was a boy scout but cmon!!! Make an erotic sadistic device.
Then not to mention physically subdue her so your parents don't hear you torturing, sexually assaulting and murdering your sister ???
Then your parents both cover this up staging a 3 page ransom note...
I mean the only plausible explanation is a grown man. A grown man would have the ability to mentally groom the child and then physically subdue her the night if her murder.
I'd both parents had been involved they surely would have got the body out of there after writing a 3 page "deflect from me" ransom note. If one person committed the crime then her body would still be there and ransom note most certainly would need to be written to deflect from being the murderer.
He even writes in the letter to bring "attache" or suitcase for the money. Why not bring the money? Because he needed a reason if he was seen loading a suitcase in his vehicle or for when his wife sees him. I don't think he intended for her to call the police right away because it urged her to not do that but she panicked and that is evidence by her labored breathing in the call and she did. Later a suitcase is found staged by the window.
He disappears for over an hour and then later just happens to stumble upon her body, RIP the duct tape off and carry her upstairs- sure good reason to have his DNA on her body if they find it. Then calls private pilot to fly him out on his private plane after he finds his daughter like that.
The note was written to deflect from himself. He knew they would automatically be suspects regardless and purposely wrote it on patsys notepad and even made a few letters similar to hers on purpose. It wouldnt have been hard to do. Then misspell and write outlandish things in the note to allude to an intruder. Everything about the note was to turn any attention from himself, raise doubt as to whom it was if it was someone in the home if the intruder theory was not completely believed.
Take out the ransom, and you have a little girl with evidence of prior sexual abuse and then later found in her own basement bludgeoned, tortured, sexually assaulted and strangled with a homemade garrot dead. A 9 year hardly culpable.

If she herself was not involved at all, why was the "kidnapper" had the same hand writting like her? Not John's handwriting and not Burke's, but her's... very strange at the very least.
Also why did the "kidnapper" took her paper, her pen and gave the little girl the pineapple she prepared for Burke previously?
Why did the "kidnapper " write such a long randsome note (needing at least 45 minutes, they have tested it afterwards) while being in the house fearing to be caught?
And why did he leave JonBenet in the basement knowing instead of putting het body somewhere else to get the money?
This is kind of the only case I really struggle to believe that the family doesn't know anything, sorry I don't buy it.

When I was little every night I would hug and kiss my dad goodnight and then my mom would walk me to bedroom and tuck me in with a hug and a kiss. Come morning my brothers and I would wake up on our own one by one and go in the kitchen to usually find our parents drinking coffee and watching the news. I feel most parents usually get up first to have time to themselves to enjoy the peace and quiet before the kids get up. However, I’m not sure but most likely after my mom got outta bed she would peek in our rooms to check on us as she made her way to the kitchen. I may be mistaken, but I believe the Ramseys bedroom was the whole top floor so Patsy would’ve had to make her way down the spiral staircase (where the note was found) to get to JonBenets bedroom.

I was wondering what kind of mother was Patsy since she took JB 18 times due to same infections to the doctor and didn't protect her own daughter, she did nothing at all. She was obsessed in maintaining a perfect family image in the public as if it was the very essence of the existence.
Further more, she frightened other kids and parents by saying that there was a monster child killer out there in spite of knowing who exactly killed JB, it was her own son. What kind of person does that? I believe she went thru hell, her own fantasy life was destroyed, she was more devastated over a ruined image of the perfect family than her own child's death.

I've always believed it was someone that didn't necessarily know John personally but knew him from afar and a security guard would definitely be a good possibly. • @annabelleproductionsofficial
      @annabelleproductionsofficial 5 месяцев назад

The Burke theory makes no sense. I think an intruder did it due to majority of the evidence pointing to an intruder, but even the theory that John or Patsy killed her makes more sense then Burke.
The strangulation came first. There were marks on her neck that matched perfectly with her fingernails and showed that she tried to pull the rope away from her neck and try to save her own life. If the head injury came first, she would not have been able to do this. She would have been unconscious. If she somehow had any consciousness, she would have been in too much pain to move and wouldn't have had the strength to try and pull the rope away from her neck. Nine year olds are strong, but not strong enough to strangle her like how she was strangled, so there's no way he could have strangled her either. She was strangled by a grown man.
The DNA also ruled out the entire family. It was found on her underwear, pajama pants, under her nails, and on other pieces of evidence that haven't been released yet. The DNA couldn't have come from a manufacturer because it was washed multiple times, were not from the same manufacturer, and were under her nails and on other pieces of unreleased evidence. There's no other way for the DNA to get there other than an intruder. There was also the unidentified hand print on the doorknob on the door left a jar by the basement cell grate and the unidentified palm print left by her body. The basement cell grate was disturbed, the window under it was opened with a scuff mark on the wall, and a suitcase was below the window with broken glass from the window on top of it. On the suitcase was a Hi-Tec footprint, and another also found by her body. The Ramseys did not own a stun-gun Fibers from the pajamas she wore that night and her hair were found inside that suitcase, which means she was in there sometime that night and was possibly almost transported outside of the house that night. She had stun-gun marks on her body too, and the Ramseys did not own a stun-gun. The rope used to strangle her was not found in the house, and neither was the duct tape that was on her mouth. On the duct tape on her mouth, there was fur from a beaver, and the Ramseys did not have any beaver fur in the house. The ransom note's handwriting also did not match Patsy or John's. Many people think Patsy's handwriting is very similar to the ransom note's, but the note had mistakes that couldn't be faked that did not match mistakes in Patsy's handwriting, meaning she couldn't have written it.
I hope all of this changed your opinion on Burke and the Ramseys being guilty!

Anybody that has actually read the autopsy report and seen the photographs would know she was sexually abused prior to the said incident and that she was then later sexually assaulted, blungeoned to her skull (massive fracture 8.5 inch long) , strangulated with a homemade garrot that was fully functional , combined with being assaulted with a paintbrush and have markings consistent with a stun gun on her back and cheek DO NOT IN ANYWAY MAKE ME THINK A 9 YEAR OLD IS CAPABLE .... AND THEN for the parents to BOTH FIND OUT AND COVER FOR HIM??? MAKE A 3 PAGE ransom note and then leave the most DAMNING EVIDENCE of all in the house - HER BODY.
      YEa... no.
Much more plausible the father sexually abusing her. Mich more plausible the father capable of subduing the child in the middle of the night mentally and physically without being heard.
Much more plausible, for why her body was found BY HIM later. If both parents were involved, they would have collaboratively worked together to remove her body. One or the other parent guilty without each other consenting - then no. It would be much harder to remove her without being caught.
Explains the reason the ransom was written - the only reason - to deflect attention from the perpetrator. Exactly why he wrote it on PR notepad - I mean why would an intelligent man write it on his own?? He knew very well the police would look to them as suspects so he implicated his wife by disguising the handwriting and making a few if the letters resemble hers. He then implicated the intruder theory in there as well raising doubt in both directions. He mentioned to bring the money with an "attache" or a suitcase because he most likely planned on getting her body out of there which would have been a good excuse as to why he had the suitcase when his wife or someone saw him loading it to the vehicle. Then suitcase is later staged in front of window. No, I don't think he wanted PR calling the police right away as evidence by the letter nevertheless she did. He strategically placed it on the back stairs knowing her normal routine of going that way for her AM coffee. Why not JBR bed...
      It was all staged.
It's not even feasible to think a little 9 year old physically even capable , weird personality or not - it's not even logical or plausible to think he previously sexually abused his sister and then decided on Christmas night to sexually abuse her again, zap her with a taser device, meticulously craft and make an erotic sadist garrot and strangle her with it , sodomized her with a paintbrush and then blungeon her head in all the while his parents sleep in the same house. And then both parents freak out and stage her death?? Or let's just say he blungeoned her head which btw is not even reasonable to think he did that type of damage to her skull and then they finished her off by making a homemade garrot and strangled her with it??? I mean c'mon. And then explain the prior sexual abuse.
What is plausible though is a grown man sexually abusing his daughter and being mentally capable of grooming her prior and manipulating her for sexual abuse and then being physically capable of murdering her the way that the autopsy and pictures show she was found.

Not do every single thing in the complete opposite direction and then basically never notice the time frame of the alleged call take place passed by, ignore my husband, lawyer up before taking to police, leave family home and invite friends over immediately. Like zero hesitation.

Sexualising a little girl and making her grow up ahead of her time is neither healthy nor emotionally sound. The ways she has been taught to act like a grown woman and sexually is frankly appalling. What type of mother could see this and not realise how dangerous it was.

One thing I have never been able to understand is how her body was eventually found in the basement but the parents and police didn't find her right away. Wouldn't ransacking the house be the first thing you'd do in a case like this? Over and over again, even? Just to be sure?

There are a couple of points not mentioned in this video - or perhaps I missed them. Patsy said she never went into JonBenet's bedroom after she found the ransom note, she just looked into the room. Wouldn't a parent tear everything apart in that room to try to locate your child? Not just a cursory glance inside? At least turn on the light?!? (which she said she didn't do- what???)
It was also noted that Patsy was wearing the same clothing that morning as she was the night before to the Christmas party. They were supposed to be getting on a plane that morning. Who wears party attire on an airplane? This one has major alarm bells ringing for me.
And what kidnapper would sit down in the house to write our a THREE PAGE ransom note?
I definitely think this was an inside job.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
DETECTIVE TOM HANEY: Let me just stop you there. When you pushed the door open, was there a light on in the room?
PATSY RAMSEY: There was -- her lamp light was not on. You know, there was enough light that I could tell she wasn't in her bed. Now, whether that was coming from the laundry area, whether daylight was breaking or whether there was -- you know, sometime we left a little night light here on in her bathroom, so you know, I -- all I know is I was able to see that there is no one lying in that bed and the covers are ruffled.
TOM HANEY: Did you go past that door?
    PATSY RAMSEY: No.
TOM HANEY: You didn't enter that room at all?
    PATSY RAMSEY: No.

Isn’t it clear that someone really close to the family or in the family killed her? They look a little to OK to talk about her death. If my child died I wouldn’t even be able to move, think or breath. I’m a mom and she’s just TOO ok in her interviews. Take a step back and look at everything your not looking at.

I get what you’re saying, however keep in mind, people have different ways of coping. My good friend lost her little brother last year due to a heart attack during one of his football matches. She used to be a very shy girl and every single time i spend time with her i keep thinking god damn this girl has never been happier.. Or it just looks like that. You never actually know what people are dealing with behind closed doors, not to mention, all these people might even be on certain medication because of all the stress and shock they went through.

Their home was so incredibly big I think someone stayed in the home learning about them without them knowing. They could have stayed in there for weeks during the tours with no one noticing because the home was so big. And they had the time to go through their things to know about how much he was getting as a bonus. And then had enough time to write the ransom. He could have taken her down and raped her and she star d to scream and her parents couldn’t hear from three stories above them. And he hit her on the head when she screamed and then bolted
