do you have any advice for me... I purchased a butcher block and had it installed as a coubtertop Upon installing it I was stained and polyurethaned... now it is bending in a bow like form, how do I fix this?
HI Alicia - Share more info and we'll see if we an help. Which direction is it bowing - toward the base or away from the base? Would you consider your room to be high humidity or dry/low humidity? Was the bottom side and edgges finished with the same stain and poly?
I guess you weren’t paying attention to the narrator. Scratches and dents are part of the use, it’s patina. If you’re going to use a butcher block you need to expect the wear from use. Duh.
Where is the burn repair?
Why would you use anything that isn't food safe?
