In many interviews, he said this song is about the constant stomach pains he kept getting and there were days he just wanted to die because it was so painful. He also hated the fact that the only way to get rid of the pain was to resort to heroine cause the crap the doctors were prescribing didn't do jack. But he was disappointed that the record label refused to release this song on the In Utero album all because of the song title!!! Eventually he did get a good doctor and they fixed his stomach pain problem and he was so happy after that. Every interview after he was cured, you could see he was so relieved and happy. Try watching the documentaries "Montage of Heck" and "Soaked in Bleach" back to back in that order and you'll start reconsidering that Kurt committed suicide! He was MURDERED!!! Kurt and the band cut this song off In Utero just so Wal-Mart would carry the album. As for his suicide, sometimes life gets fucked up and not everyone is strong enough to handle it
How would you feel if your album that you worked so hard was being held from release because of one song. Would you take one track off or would you leave it and have the world never experience it. By the way it wasn't just Walmart who was hesitant on the release.
In fact Cobain & Novoselic cut this song bc they wanted there album to be at place like walmart bc when they were teen they didn't have money to buy music so they had to go to place like Walmart. So they cut the song for fan that cant buy this album bc of they dont have stupid fuckin money .

In many interviews, he said this song is about the constant stomach pains he kept getting and there were days he just wanted to die because it was so painful. He also hated the fact that the only way to get rid of the pain was to resort to heroine cause the crap the doctors were prescribing didn't do jack. But he was disappointed that the record label refused to release this song on the In Utero album all because of the song title!!!
Eventually he did get a good doctor and they fixed his stomach pain problem and he was so happy after that. Every interview after he was cured, you could see he was so relieved and happy.
Try watching the documentaries "Montage of Heck" and "Soaked in Bleach" back to back in that order and you'll start reconsidering that Kurt committed suicide! He was MURDERED!!! Someone faked his suicide so the police would not investigate and then they destroyed all the evidence except for undeveloped photos that the police still have on hand and refuse to fully expose to the public.
