The video you were listening to around 32:14 gave me such a throwback to when I used to watch Cristiano Ronaldo motivation videos every single day during school (and make everyone around me watch them too haha). I highly recommend watching some interviews from Ronaldo, his discipline, mentality and work ethic to get to where he has and achieve what he has is unbelievable. And most important: consistency! To be consistently at the top of the game for 20 years is unheard of and can never be done through talent alone. Throughout his career he has constantly been attacked by the media and his mentality is so strong that he would prove all the haters wrong in his next match. Coming from such poverty, to one of the richest, most famous, and successful people on the planet, and the best part is he is still so humble and never forgets where he has come from. He is so inspirational!! If you search Cristiano Ronaldo motivation on youtube you will get some great videos!! Sorry for the paragraph lol

Inspiration comes and goes. You have to ask yourself, “what is my why” why are you doing it to begin with…that should always be what you fall back on when you’re lacking inspiration

Hey Ron, thanks to your videos im able to motivate myself, waking up, drink a lot of water, go for a 30min walk to the bus station, go to the gym at 9 (every morning) stay for an hour (depending how I’m feeling) get out, go home, eat, show, go to work and after work i go home eat again and make music while im listening to podcasts or reading a book. sometimes i squeeze a little gaming session if i have time and I also start my skincare routine, slowly i feel like im getting better than I was yesterday, thank you for the vids and the inspiration ❤
