I went through a really bad breakup last year and it caused me to lose my job etc. I went through a really bad time of depression for about a month because of that. Till I decided to go to the gym. Aside from 2 weeks of injury, I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week for more than a year now and it feels amazing. The fact that you’re also working on your body and mental health as well just adds more motivation. And btw, the music in your vlogs are fire 🔥👌
*pauses matrix reaction* Man you dont know how much this motivates me. I'm dealing with an injury right now and the repetition thing is real. Everyone needs a routine. Being without one is what got me here in the first place. Thanks for reminding me to get up and do these pt exercises
Also my only pet peeve with this channel is that sometimes you could've just mentioned some product you like to use or whatever, but youre over pushing it like at 9:40 in many videos, and it gets annoying, but it maybe only me

start Reading physical books before Bed. it would help in getting in mood and be able to learn stuff. Keep in mind book should NOT be a complex theoretical, fictional book otheriwse our brain would try hard to understand it and will not ease out
