This game is insane. I re-subbed 6 weeks ago and my warrior is more geared than my dumbass in high school ever thought of. I mean shit, I thought just having the onyxia attune necklace was dope back then.... LOL
@@dmoore4520 When i first played back on original release of vanilla wow it took me the almost full 2 years to get my first epic piece and it as the tier 1 rogue bracers and i remember i spent like 300g on them which back in the day was a absolute insane amount of gold to spend on anything.
I've got all the mats and gold required for this in order to get the brazier and be able to farm the rejuv trinket for all our guild's druids, it was somewhere in the region of 850g for everything. Not horrendously expensive by any means but not trivial either.
For rogues out there, when he said 20-30 dps better than BIS he meant 20-30 dps better than P4 BIS. Darkmantle is still slightly worse than P5 BIS, but for sword rogues it's a marginal difference according to the sims we currently have.
I estimated a price for those mats on my server and tallied up about 296 gold, not bad. The most expensive material is the flask, which still go for about 170-180g on my server. I might actually consider working on this set for my druid. I just started playing classic myself (not 60 yet tho) and I wasn't sure if I really wanted to gear it at 60. Maybe I'll just settle on the 0.5 set and rock that until TBC comes out.
I'd say that the shaman set is great for pvp since it has a built in mini TOEP. Rogue T.05 apparently is BIS until you get aq40 gear. I'd love to use the warlock 4 set piece for pvp but I just don't see myself giving up BWL/AQ40 gear for it.
The idea with Rogue 0.5 is you wanna keep atleast 4 pieces on to maintain that set bonus. You change which pieces you equip based on what AQ gear you get. You never want to break the 4 piece bonus until t3.
This is a lot more difficult than it sounds, it ends up costing a ton of gold and for a rogue it’s hard to farm that much without a main. I repeatedly ran Blackrock spire without the chest on my rogue
anyone know if these quests can be done before lvl 60, for example to make a lvl 59 twink. The quests on wowhead says that they can be started at 58 is this correct?
Man what do you mean, by that the Warrior 0.5 helmet is better than Lion Heart ? !?!? The 2 krit, 2 hit and 18 strength are so much better than that few stamina

These sets are made for people who plan to have dungeons (not raids) as their endgame. If you are raiding or plan to this gear is not worth it really (besides rouge 4 piece). Save your gold. other stuff outclasses it easy.
Your remarks on the warlock items are kinda misleading tbh. Hit on locks is still just worth somewhere between 12-18 SP roughly (depending on gear, consumables, worldbuffs, etc.) so it's pretty easy to see that the pieces are fairly shit - especially the gloves which are outclassed by both Bloodtinged Gloves from ZG and Felcloth Gloves which are craftable or found on the AH. Please guys don't wear items just because they say "hit" on them.

i always liked the T0.5 Sets ... but the Set were simply released too late ... unfortunately imagen these sets before we get access to Molten Core and Onyxia everyone would go crazy for the T0.5 sets
weird, been playing the warrior for almost 20 days. People seem to still want those items. You still need to check your class privilege and your guild stability or loot system.

None of the set pieces are as good as the lionheart helmet. 1k gold is a lot of gold for those who don’t have the time or skill to grind for gold as efficiently as you do.
hehe well the set isn't THAT amazing, soulforge is nice but if you have at least 5 piece t2, or if you're playing ret some OS pieces like crown of destruction, therazane's link... are better
@@xiaoxaxo and pvp rank 10 is better than soulforge. Except those bracers, there aren't any with SP + str and the boots are better than the rank 10. But you can get the r10 blues for the same cost as the SF bracer lol. They should have dropped the gold cost in half for the 0.5t set lol.

The Shaman set is actually good for enhancement-elemental destruction pvp.
Frost, you do NOT have to have all 8/8 to start the quests... you just need the pieces for that particular quest.

The set is way more expensive than bloodvine which is WAY but WAY better for shadow priests, so you are wrong there!
