if they are the jaysandkays adapters in this video, as most should attest, they drop in no problem as demonstrated in the video. If some other company's adapters, I cannot say and some are known to not fit more GShock models than they do fit. If other company's product, you'd want to contact the other company about your challenges.

@JaysAndKays So is one side of the spring bar a different size than the other? because I couldn't get the bar in at first but switching it around seems to have done the trick.

Cant get the bar in either. Seems like the adapter is too big the bar goes in but doesnt line up with the whole on one side

JaysAndKays I just got info from some forums I joined. Thanks for the reply. I guess the Japan factory no longer makes parts. China and Thailand produces almost all the parts now. They say it’s the same quality, but in my opinion it’s not. The details are a little different as well. Oh well... my watch is a little old, so I expected something like this.
Can you use anything else to replace the spring bar or do i have to go to a store to fix my watch?
Hi Etol.
Some folks use a small screwdriver or even something like a steak knife that has a small enough point to reach in and catch the shoulder of the spring bar well enough to push it down. But it is a more difficult task without the right tool and is easier to scratch or maul your lugs up. I recommend you use a springbar tool or take to watch store; you can grab a tool for a couple bucks shipped at places like eBay or similar.
I suppose you can use anything with a pointed tip that allows you to catch the shoulder of the spring bar. some folks use a small screwdriver or similar tool with an edge on the tip and shaft that is narrow enough and long enough to reach into the gap.

I would like to know if youhave a black NATO strap for it since it is shorter/ smaller for my skinny wrists...the zulu strap is too long and I donot like when it comes out long on the other side like a long tongue Lol!!!😄 please advise and how much does it cost and do you have bull bars black for this watch...

The springbar holes inside 350 lug are a bit deeper than most GShock so it requires trimming the shoulder of the adapter a little bit so the neck can insert deep enough. I've done this for at least a couple dozen guys; contact me in one of my stores when you purchase and I can hook you up if that's what you want to do.

Hi. Yes, you can. Some people will use a small straight screwdriver such as what you propose. To do so is a little more difficult than if you are using a springbar tool but it is not too bad.
Well, that was useless. Put the one end of the spring bar into the hole in one in, press that down so it clicks in...WHAT THE F DO YOU THINK I WAS TRYING TO DO FOR THE PAST 3 HOURS?!
