- So many of you were facing problem whilst installing this mod so I finally decided to make a video on it.

Nice mod, didn't know something like this exist.. and it's pretty convenient too! You deserved a like, and a credit to the owner of the mod, too..
Anyway, I followed your simple instructions and made it worked..
Doing it only by myself (only CJ), the mod works fine.. can make drive-by with no problem.
Unfortunately, like some people have commented.. I too, experiences the game crashes but only whenever I had someone to tag along (e.g. gang members or main characters) the moment they entered the car/bike/truck as passengers.
Idk what the problem is, I only had three other mods aside from this.. maybe some trial and error would fix the problem.
Edit: IDK, how I did it but it's working now.
Thanks, and as you mentioned, I have more than 55 mods installed in my game but it never crashes even after hours and hours of playing and messing around. If you have some other mod related to vehicle animation or something like that, it might be the issue, but reinstalling might also help you. And also, after certain missions that requires you to shoot from a car or bike, it is better to save the game after the mission and then reload it again if the mod does not work after saving. And, sorry for my bad english..

it's not working. nothing happens when i press right or left click. only the weapon switching works but i can no longer shoot weapons on vehicles while having this mod on. idk im my gta is downgraded to 1.0 but im gonna try that and see if it works.
i have downgraded the game and i think im on the right track, it's just that the game inmeadiately crashes uppon entering a car.
i have downloaded the mod from the same site as the guy in the video so don't give me that solution thanks.
it seems that a mod i had that hid the weapons when they were in no use was causing the crashes. it's fixed now and the mod works correctly. but it only works with CRTL and automatically shoots while aiming idk why

Sorry bro, i don't know how can I help but If you want this mod to work then I think you should uninstall other unnecessary mods to make this one work. I have many other mods but my game never crashes.

Hi, When i aim and scroll my mouse up or down to switch the weapon but it only changes the radio. Is there any solution?
Press look left or look right button to change weapons..
by default you can switch your weapons with Q and E

Yes, it won't
It will not work with trains, aeroplanes and helicopters. I am not sure about boats..
@@DiAbLO16405 Thank you. It did work, no crashes, but there are bugs. I am not sure if it occurs to you too but sometimes my guns become invisible, making it look like CJ is firing from his hand. I am not sure how to fix this, I did follow everything.
@@Angrygreentea I don't face any bugs with this mod, maybe because I have silent patch installed which fixes a lot of bugs..

Tried installing this, the problem is my game's ragdoll wouldn't even load, if i disable my plugins it turns into normal. Every time i hit the peds with a car, shooting at them, their dead bodies just pop out of existence, pls help

Bro I don't know how to fix that because I have more than 40 mods but my game never crashes and all my mods work correctly. But you can try reinstalling this mod or I think it can be due to other mods..

It worked only when i was not in a mission. but when im in a mission with Ryder it crashes when i enter his car. The game is already downgraded to 1.0. and i put the drive_by folder with the .ifp file in the modsloader, and the driveby.cs file in the Cleo folder.
It does not happen with me. If you have other mods then they can also cause a crash.. I have many mods but the my game never crashes. You can try reinstalling the mod..

@@DiAbLO16405 I have other mods installed but i dont think they can cause issue. Unlike this comment any vehicle i get into even outside of missions when i do that it crashes. After i uninstalled the mod it started working again
hey nice video my guy but theres an issue, for some reason instead of making me aim, CJ automatically shoots his weapon making me cant switch to a pistol or AK to drive by, i really need a fix bro

Try reinstalling it. Also, you have to hold mouse look while changing the weapons, to change weapons, press look left or look right while holding mouse look which is rmb. And then press LMB to shoot.
Can you change controls. I looked in the file and I changed it to q but to no avail. I use a trackpad so I can’t move the crosshairs

@@DiAbLO16405 right but my problem is that I use a trackpad so it doesn’t have separate rmb and lmb. Is there a way to change the key-bind. Ive looked in the files and it says it binded to rmb, so I changed it but when I went back in the game nothing changed.
@@taddersauce3672 oh then you can try and change the mouse look button and fire button then it might work but I am not sure and sorry if I was unable to help, actually I just know how to install mods but I don't know much about configuring them..

you just have to remove CTRL in the fire command on vehicle and that's it

@@googleassiant3447 then go to option and then vehicle control, check the mouse look and see what button is assigned for mouse look. Then if not set to rmb, please set it to rmb, and it should work

Hey, thanks and also like you said, your game crashes. So, have you installed this mod correctly, if not then please try reinstalling it and also make sure you have Cleo and modloader. Plus it works on my PC even though I have lots of other mods installed. You can either search on your browser for latest version of this mod. Also I don't have any fix because I cannot tell what makes the game crash. Because there can be several reasons or other mods that makes the game crash. Hope it will work.
@@DiAbLO16405 well it was working properly. yes i have cleo and modloader and couple of other mods and i have also that crash info mod witch tellst me exactly why it crashes. becouse entering passenger chair.i reinstaled it it works for some missions and again at some random point as soon i enter the car from the passenger door or some of the game compise sit inside the car it crashes again :(

What, dude, you must have downloaded the wrong file, sometimes the browser after clicking on download opens another website, in that case, return back to the website and then press download again. It happened with me but on different website. But using this method, you can avoid downloading the wrong thing. And, sorry 😐 if the virus harmed your computer. But many people have downloaded this mod but they didn't face any issues. Please let me know more🙏. And, sorry for my bad english..

Do you have any other vehicle mods?? Try reinstalling it. Because other mods can be the reason of crash. Also, I have lots of other mods installed but my game does not crash. And I have not created this mod so I don't have any other fixes. So you can remove all other mods, install this one and then install other ones.. I hope it might help..

It's because you using a different Drive_by mod from another website. Install the mod from the same website this guy does in the video. It worked for me when i did that

Can't download it, bc Chrome blocked it
turn off your anti virus
While downloading, if chrome blocks it, immediately go to downloads and then press on "keep dangerous file" and then it will download it. But make sure that you are downloading the right thing, if not, it could be a virus or malware that may harm your computer..

Bro, I don't know what to say now, did you install it correctly? One file goes inside modloader and other one in cleo, make sure you have cleo and modloader installed in your game.
