The recordings and editings are all done on my HP Probook 450 G4
Here are the specs:-
RAM: 8 GB DDR4
Processor: Intel Core i5 7200U CPU @ 2.50 Ghz 2.71Ghz

When I delete the file in the game directory called "d3d9.dll" the game opens, but on the official loading screen it crashes and I get a prompt that says "To fix a problem, compatibility settings were applied to the program. These settings will be used the next time you run the program." When I leave the file in the game directory, it says, "Grand Theft Auto SA requires at least DirectX version 9.0" Also I am on Windows 11, using DirectPlay Legacy component, and I've tried running compatibility with Windows XP service pack 2/Windows XP service pack 3/Windows 7 and I still get the same result when I remove the "d3d9.dll" file." Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Update: I installed the game on a different user account and the game had its own GTA San Andreas User file so the game actually opened, but now I do not see the mod menu and the game's graphics are basically the same.
the the file d3d9.dll is use for graphics mod like v graphics it will not work without it and cause problems

For those game does no open change the gta_sa.exe to gta -sa.exe. if still doesn't work just replace the optimiser and open the gta-sa.exe.😊😊
