THEMED Water Park Ride! Voyage to the Center of the Earth - Water World

This is the Voyage to the Center of the Earth water ride at Water World in Federal Heights, Colorado, United States! The attraction is a unique combination of a theme park dark ride and a water slide. Before the ride, guests have to pick up a round-raft from the runout of the slide and carry it to the top of the hill where the entrance is located. Those who purchased the Tube Valet wristband can directly proceed to the start of the ride to pick up their tube. After embarking the raft, guests float through a dark Lazy River part before suddenly zooming through a steep helix which really caught us by surprise! The entire ride is fitted with animatronics, light effects and a lot of other stuff you would never expect to find in a water slide - not even Disney or Universal ever made a slide like that. At the end of the ride, guests plunge down a steep drop before ending their ride in a shallow runout lane. Voyage is a one-of-a-kind water attraction which truly lives up to the hype. One of the best water slides we have ever tried, especially when it comes to the theming.

Come to think of it, I am surprised that neither of the Disney waterparks in Florida have a slide like this. They are supposedly the king of theming after all.

Der absolute Wahnsinn👍 --> im Grunde "Snorris Saga" in Kombi mit Jungle Cone (H2O Herford), wenn man es denn wagen sollte, diese einmalige Attraktion mit etwas vergleichen zu wollen^^

Das ist ja mal mega gut gemacht! Sowas wird wahrscheinlich lange einzigartig bleiben(ausser Roland Mack sieht dieses Video und baut sowas in Rulantica😂). Hat mich auch echt überrascht, dass da solche recht zügigen Abfahrten drin sind. Mit einem ImaScore Soundtrack wärs peefekt! 😅

das ja komplett insane. hab mich schon oft gefragt ob sowas nicht sau gut funktionieren würde, und offensichtlich tut es das. und die schnellen parts sind alles andere als zimperlich scheinbar :D
