We often look at an injury causing incident on the physical side. The mental side of the incident is just as real. Anger, depression, anxiety, even suicide can be real consequences of an injury.
This Safety Minute video is designed to address this issue. Spencer recounts how his incident effected his mental health which was very similar to the countless other injury stories others have shared with him. The impact of his mental health journey played a direct impact on his recovery.
In this video, Spencer also shares tools on he dealt with his mental health journey he has found benefited him and others he has counselled.
