ya they were first act before saving abel, 10 years, and shinedown here in Chattanooga before they were even heard of. her voice filled the dam arena and held it like 30 seconds i swear. after they were done performing they were only band that came out and hung by concessions for rest of concert. got pics with them and all her brother is weird tho lol the drummer

Shawn Escobedo -- exactly right! Heard them live, was on the front row (front pile really, no seats) and sure enough, she can belt like that live and do it for the entire show. You have to see them live, Lzzy singing her ass off.
I'd actually say she's better live. Most vocalists sound better with studio editing...but Lzzy can actually sing her ass off. And usually holds notes longer and puts a lot of emotion behind these songs live.
He’s awesome and love him at gigs, i saw them when they supported Blackstone Cherry in Liverpool, I messaged her saying she should get herself a big drink after that killer performance, next thing my phone is buzzing away constantly, Lzzy sent me a pic back of her with wine in a plastic cup from backstage and people were commenting and liking it like mad and even had a few people come over to me during the intermission saying oh you’re the person lzzy sent the pic to! Love her to bits she’s crazy in a good way

I've only seen them once but the cool thing is I met Lzzy as she and the guys were walking the stands selling strange case. I asked her how much. She said 10 bucks. I told her how about two 5s and she was awesome on stage. She said thanks and I went back to my seat giddy.

That's why Lots of metal gods loved the old outlaw country. Hell , Glen Danzig wrote 2 songs for Jonny Cash. James Hetfield , and countless others have covered old country tunes. You ever heard of Rebel Meets Rebel? David Allen Coe , Dimebag, Vinnie and Rex did a whole badass album together. I hate this new pop country. But I respect old Country. They were the true badasses of music.

I just had to subscribe to you. I admire your openness to new music, and how you don’t just listen to the song and say “yeah it was cool” then end the video. When you break down the lyrics in some songs is a great example of this. One of the few reaction channels I enjoy. Keep it up!
Fun fact. Every time I have seen them live they were awful. Rely too much on backing track - every time I have seen them they have had sound problems. Good studio band though.
back in in 2010 or so my friend won tickets for Theory of a Dead Man. we sat outside the big hall (it isn't that big) and waited for the gig, as a woman began to sing, it was some sort of an extended intro, we had to look at eachother, had to shut up and went into the hall. we didn't know halestorm, but they were the openers for Theory of a Dead Man and everyone loved them... after the whole evening they stood outside and everyone wanted to talk to them, we got the signatures on our CD's etc. etc., the lead singer of Theory of a Dead Man walked by and seemed bored because everyone wanted to talk to Halestorm, I think that was the case at every gig they played on that tour... it was awesome
Just recently became a fan of this group. Saw them in concert about a week ago. Lzzy Hale is a awesome singer and puts on a great show. Her brother (who is the drummer) is a total nut! You should totally react to more of their songs!

I went to a halestorm concert when they opened for disturbed and slipknot I think. Her warm up on vocals would put the pop stars of today to shame.
I saw Halestorm in 2004 before they were popular. Opening act was Flyleaf then Halestorm and the main acts was Shinedown then Seether.

That's why Lots of metal gods loved the old outlaw country. Hell , Glen Danzig wrote 2 songs for Jonny Cash. James Hetfield , and countless others have covered old country tunes. You ever heard of Rebel Meets Rebel? David Allen Coe , Dimebag, Vinnie and Rex did a whole badass album together. I hate this new pop country. But I respect old Country. They were the true badasses of music.

Went to see Halestorm in concert with Godsmack and Staind. She opened the show with a scream that raised every hair in my body. She has got one helluva voice.

I just had to subscribe to you. I admire your openness to new music, and how you don’t just listen to the song and say “yeah it was cool” then end the video. When you break down the lyrics in some songs is a great example of this. One of the few reaction channels I enjoy. Keep it up!

Fun fact. Every time I have seen them live they were awful. Rely too much on backing track - every time I have seen them they have had sound problems. Good studio band though.
back in in 2010 or so my friend won tickets for Theory of a Dead Man. we sat outside the big hall (it isn't that big) and waited for the gig, as a woman began to sing, it was some sort of an extended intro, we had to look at eachother, had to shut up and went into the hall. we didn't know halestorm, but they were the openers for Theory of a Dead Man and everyone loved them... after the whole evening they stood outside and everyone wanted to talk to them, we got the signatures on our CD's etc. etc., the lead singer of Theory of a Dead Man walked by and seemed bored because everyone wanted to talk to Halestorm, I think that was the case at every gig they played on that tour... it was awesome
Just recently became a fan of this group. Saw them in concert about a week ago. Lzzy Hale is a awesome singer and puts on a great show. Her brother (who is the drummer) is a total nut! You should totally react to more of their songs!
