    Lzzy Hale is probably the best female rock vocalist of this age.

      @@Falleninator Straight-up screams, Lzzy. Growls and overall rough vocals, Tatiana. Clean vocals, Lzzy. Bye bye, Tatiana. Thanks for stopping by!
      Just my opinion, of course, and in no way based on this video. I think Lzzy sounds way better in an actual concert. Not a fan of this live session. I just think that if Tatiana wasn't so good at the growls her cleans wouldn't get nearly as much attention. Not hating. I like both singers. Lyrical content on the other hand (and musicianship) swings way in favor of Jinjer. Love Lzzy as a vocalist but not a big fan of Halestorm as a whole. But whatever... let the flames ensue.

    • @sinisterfame622
      @sinisterfame622 5 лет назад +3

      Maria Brink comes to mind. And Tatiana is far better vocally than Mrs. Hale. Tossing growls and guttural vocals out the window.....Tatiana is crushing most rock/metal vocalists.

    I think this is the 3'rd time I've watched your reaction/review of this video over the last 1-1 1/2 years because I love your analysis and enthusiasm for the song. I love Halestorm because of their great songwriting and musicianship and the incredible "rock goddess" vocals of Lzzy Hale, which is perfectly illustrated in this performance. She can go from a totally clean singing voice with beautiful tone and control to a dirty rock tone with vocal fry and then to a straight rock scream and she can seamlessly transition back and forth from one style to another.

      @@ChrisPage68 I love Joan Jett, but isn't she more of a rock/hard rock vocalist? I could've understood if you had said Lita Ford instead, there you might've had a good point ;)

    When I saw Halestorm live a few years back, Lizzie unfortunately blew her voice out about 3/4 of the way through the show. But she went on like a trooper, even though it probably did more damage. Good live show.

    You must be one of the first to look at Hale storm :) lzzy is amazing 😉 American boys, here’s to us, rock show, daughters of darkness, apocalyptic are all some of my favourites.
    They have 3 great albums of cover songs which are incredible. Songs including Bad Romance, Gold Dust Wonan and I hate myself for loving you :) would be happy to hear any of the above

    As far as I’m concerned Lzzy has the best, most powerful voice in rock n roll. I’ve loved her since the first time I heard her.

    Strong female vocalists, Alissa white-gluz originally of the Agonist and now Arch Enemy. Panaphobia from the Agonist is a great song.
