This is life changing. I never knew why my coffee at home didn’t taste like the coffee shop but this is what I was missing! I do one can sweetened condensed milk and one can evaporated milk just so that it can be a smaller batch than 3 cans and it’s AMAZING.
@@chewycat12I want to do the same you did , but is it sweet after you put it in your coffee? I am asking because I don’t like sweet coffee. With thanks.
Thank you for sharing this recipe. Just tried the 25% sweetness recipe and it’s still so good! I made the iced vanilla latte and I substituted the vanilla syrup with just vanilla flavouring. It’s delicious! Thank you for sharing your expertise with us :)
Hi Ms. Chao love the milk syrup. I tried using it at Filipino desserts like halo halo, my friends and customers is already addicted to it. Thank you very much 🥰 and I'm thankful that I found your channel. More power 😊
Thank you for sharing....I finally made the perfect cold brew coffee mixed with the milk syrup. I did modify my mix instead of evap milk I use half & half and just 1 can of condensed milk. It was perfectly match with my cold brew using Lavazza Espresso Italiano coffee.
Thank you so much for this video..I have recently found out about your channel while browsing coffee recipes and how to make them at home because me and my partner isn't satisfied with the coffees they're selling around our area..we can't get the same flavour without paying more so i decided why not make it at home.we are crazy about coffee and it's my passion to serve it to people i loved and are close to me so i have decided to learn making them at home and your video tutorials are of great help.I am buying one by one as we don't have enough budget yet but hoping someday to buy all those necessary tools for making coffee ❤️❤️❤️ sending all my love from Philippines ☺️🫰
I was nervous to try the milk syrup because dairy hurts my stomach a bit. But I like it a lot! I made it twice! (I use 1:1 as that is quite sweet to me). I'm going to experiment with sweetened condensed coconut milk to see if that version's any good.
Saludos desde El Salvador, de los mejores videos de recetas de café que he tenido el gusto de ver. Me encantan verlos y aprender sobre tus recetas. Muchas gracias por compartirlos. Bendiciones 🙏🏻
I made your milk syrup and it's sickly sweet. And I love sugar! I wish I had seen this video first. I would much prefer the 2 cans of evaporated to 1 can of condensed and I believe most people would agree.
I find your milk syrup really brilliant idea. I can save on sugar plus I can enjoy my delicious coffee mixes I have learned from your tutorials. I love all your videos ❤️👍
As a coffee and milk tea lover, your channel is a treasure!! Everything that I need to know is here for my home cafe. Also your milk syrup is a gem! I can’t wait to try it.. better and more convenient than using sugar. Keep it up!
Hi Ms. Chao. Do you recommend any combination of condensed and evap milk? Here in Philippines we have Alaska, Milkmaid, Carnation, Angel, Jersey, F&N, etc. Have you tried any of these? And which combination you brings out the best milk syrup? Thanks in advance.
Hello. I'm new to your channel and love it so far!! Thank you for taking to time to explain different ways of making the milk syrup ❤ I'd love to know the size of the glass jars your storing it in. And where to find one "if you can" 😊
Hi Ms Riza! Im a new fan, by 1 can of both , do you mean 1 is to 1 proportion? Or does it have to be same ml/grams? Like 300ml condense to 300ml evaporated milk? I just notice the one i bought has different measurement but the same can size, thank you for your answer
Hello, usually condensed milk comes in smaller can size about 300ml whilst evaporated milk comes in about 370ml. I would use 2 cans condensed milk and 1 can evaporated milk. There is no need to make them exactly 2:1. Otherwise you will have to keep the remaining evaporated milk until your next mix :-)
Thank you for this. Planning to start a coffee shop and don't know where to start but then your videos sound it easy. Just need to have some tools, courage and prayer to start. Thanks.
May i ask about the sweetness level for 22oz.cup coffee, 100% is it 60ml milk syrup or 40ml condensed and 20ml evap? How about if 50% level and in 25% not using milk syrup how many ml of condensed and evap milk? Thakn you in advance.
I am using your milk syrup for both my cold and hot coffee and everyone loves it! Is there any way to make your milk syrup sugar free? Is there any way to make it dairy free? Thank you so much for your time!
Hello, I have many different recipes for my 'milk syrup' in the description box. Sugar free, you will have to use only milk of your choice. Dairy free then you may use soy, almond, coconut. I will be uploading a video soon using different types of milk syrup for coffee drinks :-)
Hi mam... I am a big fan of your channel.. may i ask you something? Can we add creamer like coffe mate mix together in the milk Syrup? Some of your recipe use creamer mix with the milk Syrup.. thank you
In using milk syrup in your recipe for bottled salted caramel coffee, do I use the same proportion of pouring 1 can of each? 600mL of milk syrup for 3Liters of coffee mixture?

Would really love to try this... But where I live I can´t find evaporated milk? I only find cans with condensed milk that are either sweetened or unsweetened... Is that the same thing? We also have caramelized milk, but that looks a lot darker and thicker.

Can i use the milk syrup as subtitute to "milk essence" in making a milktea?
Is there a way to make or does anyone know any recipes for flavored milk syrup?
For example: vanilla milk syrup, pumpkin spice milk syrup
This was very useful to me (i use it at home). I had only a ratio of 1:1 condensed and evaporated milk so I added some caramel syrup i already had.
