    • @rizasri

Vietnamese Coffee uses condensed milk and a Phin to brew the coffee. Brewed coffee and condensed milk typically taken hot. Spanish Latte as I make it is coffee (espresso or any strongly brewed coffee) + small amount of condensed milk and foamed milk.

I have a question for you
I love coffee , since I had surgery I am advised to stay away from caffeine, long story short it affects my staple area in my intestines. What decaf’s do you recommend to make the version of coffees you make. You are amazing

    • @rizasri

I am not sure which decaffeinated coffee is available where you are. If you need to stay away from coffee altogether you might wish to try alternatives like Hojicha green tea. :-)

Hi Ma'am! I was wondering why Alaska wasn't included? ehehe... I have my own recipe btw po! I hope you'll try it, but it was thru using a Moka Pot po. Here's the full recipe po:
-20g ground coffee medium roast, 170-180ml water
    -30ml condensed milk (Alaska)
-100ml evaporated milk (Alaska) or 150ml fresh milk
    -10 iced cubes
I would say it's about 90-95% close to Arabica/Angkan's Spanish Latte! And I'm super proud to have formulated my own take on theirs... I didn't use the evaporada and condensada as the creamer taste wasn't my vibe.

These days, they make them sweetened condensed creamer which tends to be creamier. This is really the same product as sweetened condensed milk except the ingredients frequently contain items other than sugar and milk which may include: vegetable oil (palm oil), whey powder, skim milk powder, maltodextrine, carrageenan, salt and lactose. You may use either one.
