Better mix when It’s hot . This is kinda similar like Vietnamese coffee without milk . I’m sure Vietnamese create it . Back in the 1800 I believe so but beans are alittle different .
latte is an Italian word/drink and sweetened condensed milk is American, don't call this an iced Spanish latte, it's not Spanish and no one in Spain drinks it

In Vietnam we call this version (with milk) ‘bạc xĩu’ and it’s been around ages as well
