Hey guys! Check out this series of 30 fertility boosting, trying to conceive videos, posted in 30 days!
Studies suggest that women with low vitamin D levels may be less likely to have a baby after assisted reproductive technology than those with normal vitamin D levels. Researchers found that women with correct levels of vitamin D were 34 percent more likely to have a positive pregnancy test, 46 percent more likely to achieve a clinical pregnancy and a third more likely to have a live birth than women with low levels of vitamin D. They also pointed out that the findings only show an association and do not prove that vitamin D supplements would improve a woman's chances of having a baby. Watch the video to learn more about vitamin D and fertility or infertility.

Maca root!!! When you do get pregnant take maca root hell if you’re trying to get pregnant you and your partner can take it and I promise you will get pregnant. I’ve been helping military moms get pregnant. 3 successful pregnancy’s so far. Maca will add extra support to the uterus. I took it I both of my pregnancy’s and I was over due both times! So I guess that’s the only downfall. All of us that took it while pregnant we’re overdue at least a week so please try it ladies! Good luck 💚

@@enkhorgilrentsennoov3214 I was just tested at my fertility center and my vitamin D was 16 🙁 I was recommended to take 4000IU a day for a couple weeks and then when my Vitamin D is in the normal range to take 2000 IU daily. I would def speak to your doctor for more info on your specific case.

Yes, I had a misscarriage at 19 and havent gotten pregnant since, My level was at 47, I've now upped it to 214 bc of an autoimmune issue also bc of the low vitamin D. Very interesting aswell that you say a defeciancy effrects the body down to every cell bc thats exacty what Graves disease does (aoutimmune) and theyve now seen its because of low vitamin D. We dont need cellular toxins from the docs office, we need vitamin D! Read this under case study: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4133032/
