God is so merciful, He is not man! The next thing is to start loving yourself and others, fill your life with love like your mama said, by loving yourself first, you will feel anew and happy and you will be able to show that to yout spouse and all those around you. Lastly, just follow the steps mentioned in this video and continue to have positive attitude and surrounding yourself with anything and anyone that will encourage that positivity. I’m not stressed. No of course I’m not. But this cycle, I’ve really thought about this. And I realised I am stressed. Whether it’s running late or sleeping late. Struggling to wake up. Rushing around etc. I’m trying to manage my time etc so that I’m calm as much as I can. Bottom line. If you think you’re not stressed (like I did) really thing about it.
Great video. I have been trying for more than six months and still not pregnant. I am your age and was in a really stressful job until 3 months ago. I got a much more relaxing job because I too believe the stress is the main reason that had stopped me from getting pregnant. I want the right now answer too. But I've been taking the steps to become healthier. I've been taking prenatals & omega 3s for about 6 months now. I have increased my water and decreased my caffeine. I have been tracking my ovulation and nothing is happening yet. My husband finally decided to take vitamins too and he is working on his health more. All ovulation tests test for LH, which surges 12-36 hours BEFORE you ovulate. As far as I know, all ovulations kits use this same hormone test. You can get these strips in bulk for around $20 on Amazon. If you find out when you are ovulating right when you start to conceive you take a lot of time a guesswork out of the game, especially if you have a healthy reproductive systems. If anyone is having difficulty conceiving, this would definitely be my first step.

I'll probably have tons of questions for you :) For now I'm still trying to avoid all herbs, etc. The reason I'm so paranoid is because I'm sure I had an early miscarriage from taking oil of oregano and high doses of vitamin c about 8 months ago (I was getting a sore throat)... also a few months after that I was using a menthol cream for sore muscles and I got my period 4 days early (my cycle was always very consistent). I've never heard of Damiana! Maca root we did try (a little bit) about a year ago and it didn't seem to have too much effect on us, but I have heard good things!
I was going to ask the same question about Vitex. I took it to regulate my cycles a few years ago and fell pregnant with my son after 5 months of using it. He is now three. We are trying again, however 12 months on it has not worked for us yet.

This is very motivating video and I like the energy you transferred through the video. I, too, have been trying to conceive. I and my husband are healthy too, yet, we are still trying. I can say, the place we lived was quite stressful, dealing with neighbors and colleagues who keep asking and putting pressure due to our age, this is definitely not good for me, although we are still under 35. Wow I had no idea how hard it could be to become pregnant when there's nothing wrong with your reproductive systems. I got pregnant the first time my boyfriend and I were "together" so we really had no trouble at all, but I'm so happy for you finally getting pregnant! Above all my doctors told me I am sexual active well at my age now.my doctors are very wonderful in boosting. Life Lover hi! Sorry for the late reply. My husband took the capsule form, an organic Tribulus with no other additives. Sometimes it may take a while (a few months) for men to see a big difference or sometimes it just takes a couple weeks. I think my husband took it for two months but it was hard to get him to take it every day! I kept having to remind him! I also got him to take Maca root powder every once in a while too.

I try the prenatal the gummies one last year. I know that every women is different and some women take it and it help you get pregnant.

I've heard that the gummie vitamins are a lot less effective than a veggie capsule vitamin. Something to do with the process of making the gummies.

I want the right now answer too. But I've been taking the steps to become healthier. I've been taking prenatals & omega 3s for about 6 months now. I have increased my water and decreased my caffeine. I have been tracking my ovulation and nothing is happening yet. My husband finally decided to take vitamins too and he is working on his health more. He is going to possibly hate me but I'm going to try the 5 days around ovulation too and hope that my new cycle is the one for me.

All ovulation tests test for LH, which surges 12-36 hours BEFORE you ovulate. As far as I know, all ovulations kits use this same hormone test. You can get these strips in bulk for around $20 on Amazon. If you find out when you are ovulating right when you start to conceive you take a lot of time a guesswork out of the game, especially if you have a healthy reproductive systems. If anyone is having difficulty conceiving, this would definitely be my first step.

I'll probably have tons of questions for you :) For now I'm still trying to avoid all herbs, etc. The reason I'm so paranoid is because I'm sure I had an early miscarriage from taking oil of oregano and high doses of vitamin c about 8 months ago (I was getting a sore throat)... also a few months after that I was using a menthol cream for sore muscles and I got my period 4 days early (my cycle was always very consistent).
I've never heard of Damiana! Maca root we did try (a little bit) about a year ago and it didn't seem to have too much effect on us, but I have heard good things!

I was going to ask the same question about Vitex. I took it to regulate my cycles a few years ago and fell pregnant with my son after 5 months of using it. He is now three. We are trying again, however 12 months on it has not worked for us yet.

I can say, the place we lived was quite stressful, dealing with neighbors and colleagues who keep asking and putting pressure due to our age, this is definitely not good for me, although we are still under 35. Wow I had no idea how hard it could be to become pregnant when there's nothing wrong with your reproductive systems. I got pregnant the first time my boyfriend and I were "together" so we really had no trouble at all, but I'm so happy for you finally getting pregnant! My husband and I are in our 30s so that might make a little bit of difference, plus we were living a pretty stressful lifestyle at the time. Stress was a huge factor, I think.

I should stop stressing my self too much.I am eating most healthy food to build up my strength. Above all my doctors told me I am sexual active well at my age now.my doctors are very wonderful in boosting. Life Lover hi! Sorry for the late reply. My husband took the capsule form, an organic Tribulus with no other additives. Sometimes it may take a while (a few months) for men to see a big difference or sometimes it just takes a couple weeks. I think my husband took it for two months but it was hard to get him to take it every day! I kept having to remind him! I also got him to take Maca root powder every once in a while too.

First year we were married we tried six months in we conceived ten months after baby one we just said if I get pregnant great if not ok so in ten months after baby no.1 I conceived again and now am 24weeks pregnant but we also are very healthy and eat no pork products at all oh by the way we are Muslim family and love everyone minus my mom and aunt.

The reason why I said I don't love my mom is because she was very verbally abusive to my husband my aunt we my hubby and I eloped so she called the police and the police kept calling me and so now we have not talked to both for a year now and I am feeling fine.
