This was because he was behind on his taxes apparently, & he appealed it, then he had a another court date, & they called before that date & said it was cancelled. When that happened, he thought everything was still OK, but really, they were getting someone to auction off the house to, out from under him, even though he was appealing with the court because of the health problems etc., that he was going through currently. So, even though he thought he was doing things correctly, since he was behind on taxes, it gave the court/tax collector the right to auction it out from under him apparently. I know he's a hoarder, but I still feel bad for the guy. He was going through so much at the same time, all those surgeries. So, of course he got behind on taxes...I hope he's gotten straightened out now!🙏💜🙏.

My friend is an LA Co. Sherrif Deputy in the hood of all hoods, south central LA. He told me about some of the filth he encounters when entering people’s homes in that area, drug infested crack head houses literally covered with feces, used diapers, cockroaches swarming, things you and I can’t imagine.

Man, I just can't get enough of these evictions where there's 5 houses worth of stuff in one house. Especially when they have enclosed every carport, porch, AND they have outbuildings, shed, & a camper/RV too??? All packed full! Its amazing to me how they acquire so much, & for what reason? Just to have it clutter up a house that they won't be at more than a couple years. Hoarding really is a disease, & I know some people personally that have it. I pray I never acquire that many personal belongings. God bless & help that man to not repeat the same pattern at his next home.🙏❤️🙏
Life choices are not diseases. I know I have this hoarding tendency. So I stopped going to yard sales, thrift stores, etc. It’s a choice, just like eating junk food, smoking or cleaning your home regularly.

Yeah the floorplan was kinda choppy with all those rooms but it definitely had some good square footage to open it up and modernize it, the master bedroom looked massive even with what looked like a king sized bed in it.
