    1. Start in a lateral position with the SKLZ Speed Chute in hand or behind you.
    2. Perform a crossover step and throw the SKLZ Speed Chute behind you.
    3. Sprint as fast as you can.
    4. Repeat.

    Run into the wind for proper resistance.
