  • The Speed Parachute Sprint is a resistance variation of the sprint that targets the legs while helping improve power, explosiveness, and calorie burning. To get started:
    1. Strap a speed parachute around your waist.
    2. As you sprint forward, the parachute will provide resistance as it catches in the wind. Make sure you sprint against the wind.
    3. Focus on staying low, while driving your feet through the ground, and swinging your arms for momentum.
    4. Continue running as fast as you can until you reach the desired distance or time.
    5. Repeat.
