In this video, Dr. Berg talks about what you should consider first before getting your hair colored. There are over 5, 000 chemicals used on your body because the surface of our skin is like a sponge that could absorb a lot of chemicals. Make sure to use organic products that have a lot less toxic.

Im sorry to be so late to the party but here’s a tip before having your hair dyed, the natural oils in your scalp actually protect your scalp but some people like to wash their hair before going to the hairdresser to have it dyed to get rid of a buildup of hair spray etc Don’t use your usual shampoo it’s too strong and will strip your scalp of those natural protective oils use baby shampoo instead because it will gently cleanse the hair without stripping your scalp of its natural oils but always wash the day before not the same day because after your hair has been washed it will temporary weaken it but recovers in a few hours.

I wash my hair 2x per week & its amazing! I wash using 1 tbsp baking soda to about 16oz water & that strips my hair & gets it super clean. Or you could look into what kinds of dyes there are it there that don't do this and purchase some. I'm sure your hairdresser wild let you bring in your own stuff, or you could just ask if she can get some. Also, you can do the other things as well, like take some of the supplements her recommends trying - they might take a while though, so just be prepared.
Also, you could be like me and go to Sally Beauty Supply and buy your own die and do your own hair (I like ION brand, seems to be there safest and most conscientious). The sales reps usually know a lot too, so just all them. Oh, and the N at the end of the coler means Neutral, so it's not there best for grays. V stands for Violet tones, R for Red hues, and G for Gold.
Lots of people don't get that, then complain when the color turns out differently.

Tried to dye it again when my son graduated high school and my face swole twice its size and the doctor told me next time it could be my throat. I switched to organic hair dye and I never had a problem again. Using organic coconut oil to replace any type of creams on your face or body reduces the amount of chemicals that are absorbed into the bloodstream. We are under constant attack from chemicals and the more you can limit this the better off you will be.

It's the vaccines!! I have vaccine-induced lupus and some cancer-causing mouse (XMRV) & monkey (SV-40) viruses. The aborted fetal cells cause autoimmune diseases and the animal viruses that they are laced with are what causes the cancers, ect. The FDA, CDC, EPA & AMA are all corrupt. We must do our own research, but Google is now corrupt as well. The vaccine formulas are lethal, but most don't get it. if you broke a vile on the floor you would need a hazmat suit to clean it up. The government is fine with toxic products, poison food and contaminated blood supply. The fact is, they profit from your illnesses, stupidity and suffering. They are all in bed with big pharma. Pls know, covid & especially XMRV and others have been constructed in a lab and injected for their profit at your expense. Nearly every doctor is part of the cover-up. They are being paid to contaminate our bodies and they are okay with it. As a hospital worker I started running my own titers back in the 80s and was able to discover what they were putting into my body and others, but the public will never be told the truth. Most people with vaccine--induced lupus will be told that they have fibromyalgia. You would not believe the things that they are making to inject everyone with. It will be a horror movie on steroids soon!! None of this was an accident. I'm now 64 and retired with all my vaccine injuries, but watched this obscene nightmare go on for over 40 years. XMRV is lethal and they know it and they've been injecting everyone with it for decades XMRV is an ME-CFS cancer-causing Mouse retro-virus that they've been intentionally injecting for 90 years now. Covid is a man-made cover up. The vaccine is not medicine and the test is fake. Stay far away!!

@@ChanaElisheva Yes. Excellent nutritional regimen! That's very close to my dietary protocol as well. Thank you! I have several other conditions and multiple fractures so energy healing was my primary method of remission, but that does not erase the fact that much of what is happening is a cover-up for intentional drug-induced Bioterrorism. The AGENDA is my real concern and what they're putting into the new "shot" is designed to depopulate. The test is also a deadly VAX and will deposit multiple lethal elements similar to the "shot" that contains synthetic mRNA, and a priming of over 70 different materials and pathogens that upon re-exposure will later trigger a paradoxical immune response and or death from anaphylaxis along with the gain of function viral strains as well as AIDS. The nanoparticles on the swab will move beyond the blood-brain barrier and become liquefied with the 5G frequencies as the brain becomes a transhuman inslaved organ following the syncing with the 60 gigahertz monitoring network..... and that's just phase 1........
There is no way to undo being a synthetic human, but yes there are methods to support healing like the ketogenic protocol and taking Berberine, Reishi Mushroom and Quercetin if the victim is lucky enough to survive, which many will not be.

If you buy the all organic lipstick with no "nasties", that would be better. Also, just use a clean lip brush to put it on. It lasts longer that way. Lots of organic lipsticks around and not over-priced.

My hair came back gray after it grew back from chemotherapy treatments. I refuse to die it as had enough chemicals in my body from the chemo. I actually get compliments on it.

Do not rub coconut oil into your scalp. The acid will break down the hair shaft and you will experience breakage. I learned tge hard way using it as a hair "gel."

I’m just putting this out there- I became highly allergic to chemicals such as nail polish and basically anything glamorous which was really hard for me as I’ve always been a glam girl. DON’T be fooled with things claiming to be ‘natural’ or ‘organic’ READ the ingredients! They can still use formaldehyde in things that are supposedly vegan or natural or one of those - it’s amazing all the chemicals they can get away with using those those titles - so i basically had to go cold turkey and slowly add very simple ingredients back one at a time so I knew what was bothering me and basically- anything that smells or is more than a couple natural ingredients is off my list. Also, if you just WALK into a salon- you’re absorbing chemicals- and a lot of them- I got to the point that walking BY a nail salon would induce anaphylactic shock- this is from a girl who used to have her nails done regularly- so just know these chemicals are not good for us and if you can smell it- your absorbing it.

Nothing is vegan or organic. All the good we all eat is full of chemicals too.. that’s why so many ppl have become allergic to so many products we consume. All propaganda. Everyone got cancer cells in the body.. and let me tell you .. there is a cure for cancer but it’s not profitable for the pharmaceutical companies to let it all out. Now I see advertisement VEGAN hair products 😂 really? No, it’s whoever throw the most capturing marketing out there wins - take AVEDA for ex, they got the most amazing and convincing marketing campaign out there.. vegan, organic 😆 LMAO ALL LIES

    • @silvergirl7810
      @silvergirl7810 3 года назад +4

tiffanycrystalclear my situation got so bad at one point that I was having to really learn things the hard way and fast. (Interestingly how it works with me anyways- when my body is compromised I have worse reactions- so if I’ve got a virus, it’s the time of the month or trying to come back from a sinus infection ill be more susceptible) I didn’t realize had badly we’ve been conditioned in America. I got to the point that I would walk into the grocery store and have severe reactions in the cleaning isle section just from breathing it in. So I knew to avoid that section altogether- then, it got to the point that one time I had an allergic reaction to the fruits and veggie section and my husband had to race over to come get me ( I carry an epicen and liquid histamines but at those points I need additional help). I later realized that I was picking up on the chemicals that are sprayed on the veggies/fruits as this also was an issue when I’d eat things that were heavily used on them. I couldn’t believe it! I thought, people are literally being poisoned- I’m just the one that is registering it immediately! I’ve since had to stop shopping etc and I have to pick and choose my battles of where I go etc. But I fight it everywhere, one of my doctors trying to be nice was burning Scentsys or whatever and I had to ask them to please stop if I was to come see them- it had made me sicker to go to the doctor- just stepping into their office with that much chemical smell - good or not- sent me into anaphylaxis! But it was embarrassing to ask and it’s a crappy thing to be the pooper of the party but I feel like we as humans have made this artificial chemical environment that’s just poison - nonstop! And even more so now in our more high tech society where the dollar is pushing the newest inventions. I’m wondering if people came near the issues people are today even a hundred years ago..

I was experiencing terrible vertigo that went on for a few years and was getting worse. I went to Mass Eye and Ear Hospital and they diagnosed me with Migraines which at the time I thought was a wrong diagnosis. Finally I started to see a pattern. Every time I got my hair colored within a few days to a week the vertigo would start. This was not mild vertigo. I could not even drive and sometimes walk. It was terrible! I felt like my eye balls were shaking. The last time I got my hair colored, within an hour my ear started ringing and the vertigo began. That was the last time I used chemical hair dye. I did a little research and there is a chemical call resorcinol that causes VERTIGO! among other problems. I have not had a single instance of vertigo for more than three years. I am happily using Henna and doing it myself.

Coconut oil for skin and hair works fine, just use that.
You DO NOT NEED SHAMPOO: just rinse with diluted ACV to remove any "hair odor", once a week.
You can also use baking soda(NOT baking powder), but do not mix with ACV; use one as shampoo and one as conditioner. After a while, you'll see the body you've gained in your hair and won't see a need to use baking soda and might even rinse with ACV once every two weeks.
I've done this for 7 years.

Bonita Sawyer I was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma in 2008 and thanks to science I recovered. But you're right, I should stop colouring my hair, the connection to that disease seems pretty evident.
