This music is doing no favors
I'm 70 now. When I was 50 I suddenly became very ill. While in pain and very weak I was struggling to stay alive in the emergency room. That night still struggling I turned to God and said if this is my time so be it. My children were grown and in a good place o felt I had as much as a man could want in life. So I surrendered to death with no regrets and thankfulness. Immediately I felt warm and peaceful. Not long after I began to get better and recovered. I'll never forget that feeling of relief and peace when I surrendered to death.
Yes it is a like a load off. It was the happiest I have ever been.

Death is beautiful, mysterious, in the sense that without it, would life be worthy of living? What would love, passion, and respect be if we were immortal.

Thank you for sharing this comment. Yes, as you apparently already know. When one studies etymology, follow the words back through time and translation. It gives one a sense of how historical people's viewed the world, and a proper lense to use while interpreting the oldest literature. Sadly, so much of the ancient knowledge has been personified, made to be literal. Wisdom list, corrupted. One could argue that personification lead to our collective decivilization. However, I won't even go there. Well our reality is a linguistic program, casting spells as they say. Anyways, thanks for sharing this with others, perhaps they will take another look.
I have epilepsy and I was disappointed when my neurologist said that my seizures need to be completely gone. I really like the aura! Fascinating talk by Jordan Peterson. As others commented, please turn down the music or maybe use captions.
It's quite common to like the aura. There is a type of epilepsy which is similar to a religious experience. It is difficult to get those people to take their meds. My aura is like sticking my tongue on a battery only in my head. I hate it, it doesn't even give me enough warning to do anything other than shout.

Daimon and Demon are not the same thing. Because words share etymological origins do not make them synonyms.
Good day. I find that Daimon and demon are common, yet different in meaning today. So, I am not disagreeing with you, if we are looking through a contemporary lense. A analogy can be found in Aeon-Eon. Aeon and Eon are now considered to be a measurement of time. Ok, just entertain me for a minute please. Let's use a utterly different paradigm. This is not as easy as anyone of us may think. This paradigm will need to include a hypostatic view. Or to use a contemporary term, multi dimensional. Ok, let's now consider the following if you please. Aeon, deamon, demon, angel. To the ancients, these were attributes of the human psyci. These attributes can also be a underlying substance so to speak. These Aeons were developed as a way to teach, to explain the human condition, a means to help make for a better human being. It is the "know thyself" from ancient wisdom. These concepts let's say, were of African origin, being brought across the Mediterranean into Europe. These concepts were personified, made literal over time. This knowledge was rediscovered let's say, following a paradigm shift. Gods are now flesh, Aeons are literal demons, spirituality is now religion. Yes one can become "possessed" by a demon-deamon-Aeon-Angel, however, not in a contemporary sense. One can be overcome with rage right? One can also have a revelation by their better Angel, or demon, or Aeon? Our current paradigm has personified, made literal the most beautiful, coherent, and ancient wisdom. If you follow Christianity back as far as you can, finding the oldest bits and pieces of it's source material from Africa. (Not old testament-torah) Follow the oldest sources that you can, and utilize a different lense, do not personify or make literal. What you will find is the most beautiful metaphor, to learn by, to make one a better human being by education, to find meaning. The peoples who created that system of spirituality let's say, had a different way of seeing. To put it another way still. They did not have or even contemplate gods, demons, angel running around. That is a Roman invention, developed politically, to promote a state religion, to control empire, nothing more. Knowing this does not take away value from what wisdom can still be gleaned from contemporary gospel, it makes it become coherent, and so much more meaningful.The ancient Africans were more advanced than we are today. Unless one considers reductionism and our technology to be advanced. Anyways, I am not trying or wanting to argue, only sharing. Thank you.

When I was 16 years old I was struck directly by lightning and I was instantly in the after life the place where some people describe, the brightest purest love engulfing place..i saw my body on the ground in a front yard. 18/19 years I thought the wife was possessed by one. Then when I finally realized SHE was a demon, I filed. The mask came completely off in court, and ever since. The one universal trait of all demons is they are miserable from their own behavior. The only respite they can get is leveling the field by bringing everyone else down to their level. The signs are always there no matter their public persona. With my ex, it was her admission she was a "survivor" (of emotional terrorism) and had been diagnosed with "hysteria". But that is just a covert way of explaining frustrated revenge, usually for imagined offenses.

I have discovered as a Born Again Christian what is truth. Meaning the very things Jesus spoke actually is very real. Things beyond the norm.There is an actual heaven. There is much more than this life when you die.
I not only experienced something created outside the human realm. But someone more intelligent than what exists here. My latest experience was while worshipping in my church service. I could hear this gentle voice speaking in my ear. These words. I am going to heal you. I could even feel his breath when he spoke to me. It was certainly not any inner voice at that moment of my life.
I have never challenged him on anything. I trust him 100%. I have also learned to never distrust someone elses experience if they had one when I was not there present with them. This means not to say it was false. You may end up having to eat your own words.

I get used to get migrain starting with an aura a feeling being separated from your normal veiv of your arms and their movement then a big blind spot to the right which would become bright image of blue yellow and red ajoined triangles and would spread out across the top of my vision then 2 days of a sharp pain in the center if my brain . I have had head injuries but the cause seems to be heaving lifting with the left shoulder or turning my head left and holding it there for a while , such as awkwardly trying to read the petrol pump on the wrong angle .

What kind of citation do you need? In Greek the words δημοκρατία and δαίμονας have different roots. Democracy comes from the two words Δήμος (municipality) and κράτος and demon I think it means just spirit. For example, demon and eudaemonia have the same roots, and the latter means “in good spirits” or just happy.

For those who believe in the 1611 King James Version Holy Bible, the word demon is no where to be found. The appropriate word is devil or devils depending on the context. People with high intellect are as Timothy 3:7 says and I quote, "Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."
