What I did for my hair fall control. I mixed 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in my liiitlleextra coconiion shampoo during application and I kept on doing this for approximately 3-4 months and I saw my hair fall reduced so much.
If you keep doing it over years you will kill all your good bacteria which will lead to all types of scalp disorders. Everything works until it doesn’t. My client are women like you 30 years later stop while your ahead.
I didn’t think initially that a shampoo could change the game. I was not feeling good by how much hair I was losing, but once I tried Cooconion shampoo, I saw results immediately. It revived the shine in my hair, it left my hair feeling soft and moisturized, and it has an amazing smell. Ladies, you should definitely try it, nothing works as quickly and effectively. I’m very grateful.
I have been using for 1.5 months . Effects I noticed: my scalp is no longer sore, my hair is breaking less, my hair is very shiny, it holds moisture better. I think all of these things will lead to growth. I havent noticed growth, but honestly I havent measured. There were some thin spots that have thickened up, so I guess its doing something there. I think its creating a healthy environment for hair that was going to grow anyway.
Eventually it will kill your good bacteria. Your slowly killing your follicles. Drink herbs do not put them on the scalp. I treat women with the long term effects for a living. Everything works until it doesn’t.
@IamCynDoll hi Cyn, what if it's already formulated into a shampoo and conditioner + leave in product that I use every week? It's by Hask it's their Tea Tree and Rosemary line
Thank you Cyn for another gym. Natural Hair care has become so easy thanks to you. Also if anyone is taking Oregano oil orally, take a probiotic afterwards to repopulate your gut with good bacteria
Fantastic point about the oregano oil since it is a natural antibiotic - just make to take your probiotics at least an 1.5-2 hours away from the oregano oil 😁🖤.
What you have said makes so much sense, especially in regards to essential oils. I’ve been into essential oils since before it was a popular thing to use…like 1990.
Hi Cyndoll. After the itchy scalp debacle, I used rosemary and mint herbs as a leave-in conditioner. I still use Blue Magic, on the hair - not the scalp and without olive oil.
Thank you for this. I appreciate you so much. The recent trends around rosemary made me want to try it so I boiled it and used it as a spray on my scalp. After a couple times I started to notice shedding and scalp irritation and had to stop. Since I have so much I will use it for cooking and maybe tea.
I read that garlic is good for hair growth. I almost put it in my hair then I thought that some of these foods will work better if we ingest them. We can't put all these things in our hair and hope for the best
I am a huge believer that hair grows from having a clean scalp and having a nutrient diet. Oils personally made my skin breakout, made my scalp itchy and dirty. Ayurvedic treatments and rice water work to make the hair strands Fuller/ thicker and stronger. As far as oils, grease and butters on my scalp- isssa no. To each his own 🙏🙏🙏
Rice is pure protein and will cause hair weathering over time. Hair products go in your hair, food goes in your body. Eating rice will strengthen your hair with a balanced diet way faster than putting it in your hair will. Rice water is fermented, it’s FULL of bad uncontrollable free radicals that are constantly growing. Your scalp is a home for bad bacteria when you use rice water. Just get a protein treatment.
@@hmm-zoolol the sebaceous gland produces oil for the hair shaft and scalp. If your saying we need oil your saying God made us incomplete. You don’t need oil on the scalp. You need to keep the scalp clean n free from products and oils so your natural oil can come out. It’s very simple.
Started using rosemary leaves! I originally got it for seasoning and then started hearing about it for the hair and I was making rice water for hair for me and my mom and I started adding rosemary because it helped with the smell as well as fenugreek seeds. I definitely need to look about things that thicken hair
Sis I LOVE your explanations! I have a question - what about the studies that show rosemary oil is as effective as minoxidil? Should we be using it for hair loss? How should we be using rosemary water?
@IamCynDoll ooh, actually I do! I'm interested in learning more about Apple cider vinegar washes, the use of the aloe vera plant for moisture, and rice water rinses. Is rice water similar to a protein treatment? Most of the time, my hair LOVES it. I have very high porosity hair. It's also much thinner in the front/crown after I took my locs out. My hair seems to respond well to the aforementioned (I use jasmine rice and a cream based vinegar rinse by Ebene). More recently, I've used my DIY spritz (a 1:2 vinegar/ water ratio) to refresh my hair by combing it through with a natural based hair oil, and my hair is instantly shiny and moisturized for days!!! I finally found something that my hair seems to like, so I'm hoping that I'm on the right path. If you can, please make a video on rice water, aloe vera, and a video on ACV rinses, how to use all of these things, or not.... etc. You really are so dope; thank you very much 🫶🏾 EDIT: Also, my hair is wide at the base and tapers at the end (like a carrot). I get really really bad dandruff … Like so much that I have a pile of it in my hand in between washes if I don’t use anything and the inching is in unbearable. Dandruff is caused by an overactive germ everyone has on their scalp. I only use it once per week but rosemary water that I make myself really really helps with that alone side rice water that I make myself. I still get it from time to time but it’s not as thick and Itchy anymore. Small amounts has really helped me
No dandruff is a overproduction of sebum in the hair follicle. I’ll have a video just for you explaining. You have a bacterial infection of the follicle and your feeding the bacteria with even more uncontrollable bacteria rice water. The pain you feel is the bacteria in your follicle. Rosemary kills it for a second then you put more bacteria on with rice water. It’s a self induced bacterial infection and sebum build up. Stop using herbs and food in your hair.
@@IamCynDoll what you say makes sense but I’ve had dandruff all my life waaaaaay before a used rice water and rosemary. So it can’t be self introduced. (Unless 7 year old me somehow did that) I’ve tried dandruff shampoos and it only made it worse
Rosemary oil seems to be doing well with my hair. I'm guessing from what I understand from your video, it could be because of its antibacterial makeup. I usually keep crochet braids in during the school year (for about 3-4 weeks at a time). This explanation for rosemary oil makes a lot of sense as to why I'm seeing a noticeable difference in fullness in areas that were otherwise pretty sparse. The only thing I will do differently now is that I'll reduce the frequency of how often I apply it to my scalp ❤
After it’s done killing the bad bacteria on you scalp it will kill the good bacteria which will lead to alopecia. Drink it stop putting it in your hair. Your drink it and absorb 98% ,your scalp only gets 68%. Putting it in your hair makes no sense.
Thank you so much for this info this is my first time seeing your video I am going to subscribe to your channel. Such good info and God bless you for sharing. ❤

What about just using rosemary oil on your scalp once a week, before showering? Will that be fine or can it still be harmful in the long run?
You’re killing good and bad bacteria. Long term you will see thinning and inflammation.
I used to boil the tea and spray it on my scalp
I’m so glad you stopped. Just drink it don’t put it in your hair.

Our body does not synthesize biotin we have to get it from an exogenous source.
Your wrong! Biotin is made in our gut through our microbial. Keep learning and stop spreading things you read without studying the human body.
