Miss Sennie I love you so much and I'm getting confused. In another video you demonstrated not pulling hair but sqeezing to avoid tangling. I just adopted that but here I see you pulling after applying spray.
My hair was already twisted in place so gently squeezing/ pulling / gently tagging on the twists would not cause it to tangle again, hope you understand.

I use the sprays consistently and I don't wash them out . I normally use natural stuff like cloves, rosemary, hibiscus, fenugreek, I interchange them but I use them consistently
The egg (protein treatment), flaxseeds for detangling sessions, avocado masks if my hair feels dry n hard, all these ones I wash them out after 2-3 hours .
Oils for scalp massages as well, like castor oil, cloves, rosemary too, olive oil
That's how the routine generally looks like.

I find that using most of these sprays are drying for my hair. Would you recommend adding oil or leave in conditioner to prevent dryness?
I use oils and sometimes butter too to avoid dryness. I believe they can help along with leave-in conditioners. Whichever works for you, go for it.

For shampoos, I use heads and shoulders menthol shampoo
For deep conditioner, I use Every Strand Shea and coconut oil conditioner
For leave in conditioner, I use pantene super hair food conditioner

I personally prefer twisting my hair with no attachments but if you have no other options, you could braid with added hair but remember it shouldn't be tight

Why is my hair not growing? my dear I've tried 90% of everything some. now my next option is to take it down and start afresh after 8 years of natural hair. its not even beneath my chin. I've given it up to December, still no sign, I'm taking it down. do you take in any form of supplement?. a sister needs urgent help.
U may need to take supplements of Iron and Vitamin D. A very good oil is Jamaican black castor oil (dark) it really helps with hair growth.
