You honestly do a very good job of putting these videos together. I started to watch another one by someone else today and Even though they were also good " You are "statements they were spoken so quickly and so harshly at me I only listened for about 3 minutes before feeling attacked. I also really like the little bit of soft music you have in the background So I know the video has not stopped playing even if you're not speaking. I normally only listen to the ones that are 8 hours but I think I have listened to all of those except the stop smoking ones or finding a lover which is N/A for me. I'm pretty sure my husband of 27 years wouldn't want to find out I was meditating to get a boyfriend 🙃 😅. Anyway I'm not great at saying thanks even when i appreciate something so Thank you for doing these these videos and not intrupting my sleep with commercials. 💞

I wanted to like this but the over emphasis and explanation on the sub conscious mind verses the conscious mind was distracting and repetitive
